Unwind in the private hot tub after a day of outdoor exploration or stay in and challenge friends to a game of foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, or the array of classic arcade games provided. The living room is filled with natural sunlight and seating for everyone to gather. Whatever you decide, this charming mountain retreat will be the perfect destination for your next getaway.

This bright and airy home has everything you need to enjoy a weekend or a week away with friends and family. Off the beaten path, this home has 5 acres and plenty of privacy to enjoy time outside. With a private hot tub, rustic fire pit, horseshoe pit, corn hole and other yard games you are sure to enjoy any season outside. Inside of the house you will find gorgeous a-frame windows that let in tons of light. The large stone wood burning fireplace is the focal point of the living room, with plenty of seating to relax and talk as a group. Across the room you will find a dining table and a chef's kitchen, complete with professional appliances.

Sleeping Arrangements: In the loft you will find a primary suite with a king sized bed. Just outside there is a reading nook to relax and enjoy a book in the cozy bean bag chair. In the main level there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed, making it perfect for a family to stay in. The second bedroom has a queen bed. In the lowest level you will find a pullout couch in a private room with a wet bar.

Game Room: In the lowest level this house is packed with fun and entertainment for everyone in the family. With a ping pong table, foos ball table, air hockey, shuffle board and even a secret hideaway! Relax by the wood burning stove or play games with the family - there is so much to do!

Outside: Outside there are yard games and a private hot tub. Enjoy the large deck, double hammocks on a lazy day, or the screened in porch with table and chairs to unwind after a busy day of hiking or site seeing.

Friends Cabin Trip

We had a great stay at the cabin with a bunch of our friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room, indoor fireplace, and and a well thought out kitchen. Overall this was a great weekend getaway.

Girls Getaway

5 friends from high school reunited for a long weekend in this clean, cozy, comfy cabin. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub under the stars, exploring the nearby, cute town of Berkeley Springs and hiking the Devil’s Nose trail. We would highly recommend and would love to return!

Good weekend

Cute house. Great for adults, like us, but good for families as well. Love the hot tub option and the seclusion. The Apple Butter Festival was in town. It was nice to go and come back to quiet.

Total Relaxation

We loved this property. It was immaculate. There was everything there that we needed. It was very comfy and cozy. We had so much fun here with all the games, the hot tub, & the fire pit. The neighbors were very friendly. We loved the double shower off of the game room & the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The community is off the beaten path & seemed very secure, so we felt safe there. I would definitely stay here again!
