My family had an absolutely wonderful time in Tacoma at this home, it could not have been better. The house had every amenity we could ask for, was very easy to check in and settle in, and Emmy was extremely communicative throughout our stay. If/when my family comes back to Tacoma we would love to stay here again!

A truly amazing experience staying at Emmy’s property! Her communication is great including the best nearby food recommendations. Our group really enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the sunset and catching up! Would recommend to any group traveling in the area.

Our host was great to work with - quick, helpful and informative. The house didn’t look like much from the outside but the views when you walk in are breathtaking. All bedrooms have great views. House roomy and well layer-out. Plenty of room and privacy for 7 of us. Kitchen especially well stocked. We rented Emmy’s house for a wedding and associated events where we all had to get dressed and be somewhere at the same time… so nice! We never ran out of hot water. Loved the neighborhood. Close to nature, close to stores.All in all, renting the house was an excellent experience. Entire family and our guests rated it superb.

We've booked this property twice now over the past two years. We come to WA annually now to play golf and meet some clients. This place is literally next to Chambers Bay Golf Course and fairly centrally located to several other great courses. The house is the perfect layout for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful views and great weather. It's also nice that several guests can each have their own bedrooms and even their own bathrooms. The host is super communicative and makes things super easy to check in/out with minimal effort. We will be back again next year!

The view is even better in person! It was so comfy, with the softest sheets ever, and a very well appointed home. The host is a great communicator and offered wonderful food recommendations, area attractions, and assistance if needed. Easy to leave procedures were very nice, and we were only sad to not stay longer.

Lovely large view home where the host has thought of everything you may possibly need. Top notch cleanliness and expertly stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent and timely communication from the host Emmy during our stay. Our ladies group has stayed at a number of rental homes and we all felt that this was the best one yet!

Absolutely amazing stay! Emmy, the owner, was exceptional with her communication from start to finish, making our trip smooth and stress-free. 10/10 accuracy in the pics and reviews. Add to that the property manager/owner was absolutely incredible in communication and customer service. I hope to stay here once again. There is nothing I would change or request for our visit. I cannot recommend this place enough.
