Joel, thank you for your comments and for allowing us to address these issues while in the home. Our cleaning team has always had great reviews so we apologize again for your experience. The pest control company has been working diligently to spray and mitigate the elm beetles as this has been a tough year with record beetles. Our offer to clean and pull weeds during your stay was important for us to do to meet the high expectations we have of ourselves to provide a wonderful experience. We hope you come back to the Grand Junction area to visit again.

Thank you for the review. We hope to host you again!
