We loved this house! Pool was perfect! Rooms were just as described!! There is a small park right another corner with two small cut outs so you could fish u would like! Overall we loved the place and would definitely rent again !

Very comfortable home, conveniently located. We have family on Merritt Island, our grandsons enjoyed hanging out and swimming. The house does have a separate apartment, with it's own entrance and outside area.

This place was GREAT! From the beautifullly decorated inside to the screened-in porch, to the patio and pool.They even had snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us.

Quick one night stay before Cruising.

Home was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect for our purpose of cruising the next morning. Host was very accommodating !

Absolutely wonderful place!

The hosts are the most accommodating folks I have had the pleasure to deal with on a vacation rental in a long time. Very quick to answer any questions you have and want to ensure all is taken care of as quickly as possible.

Merritt Island Relaxation

This was a near perfect end to our vacation at Disney World earlier in the week. We could all relax and just chill. The kids and adults all enjoyed the pool anytime we were not out and about. Had a great time.

Weekend getaway

Visited the area with friends and lucky to find this house! Our original VRBO cancelled on us and we found this house last minute. It is a cute, comfortable, well stocked house, in a quiet, centralized neighborhood. We were never very far from restaurants or local attractions. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we visit again.

Great location to stay for a baseball tournament

The house was just as described online. It was convenient location and super easy to get to the USSSA Space Complex each day. It was roomy and so comfy to come to after being in the heat all day. Was great to be able to cool off in the pool. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook a full meal.

Kathy, Tony and Rick are always the most accommodating, welcoming and friendly! property is always immaculately clean and stocked. Please do yourself a favor and don’t pass this place up if it’s ever available during your dates.

Great find

The stay was good, and the pool was fantastic. The house had everything we needed and provided a cozy "home away from home" feeling that we haven't gotten in previous rentals. The hosts were tentative and kind. There are cameras in the back yard (facing the pool area) and front of the property, but if you aren't up to no good, you have nothing to worry about. We will definitely add this home to the list of options in Merritt Island again!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

The house was great and the owners very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our time there. We enjoyed the pool immensely. The house was in a quiet neighborhood on Merritt Island. We enjoyed having a private pool over going to the beach. When we are back in the area, we will be checking to see if this house is open. The house is a in great location. It is perfect for those that want to be close to Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, & Kennedy Space Center but do not have ti be Beach front. Orlando is an hour away and so easy day trips to Disney, Universal, or Legoland is possible.

They have security cameras on the property. I understand the ring camera door bell, the garage one viewing driveway, but have an issue they have one on the patio that over looks the the pool area. It’s creepy. It’s also NOT disclosed as by VRBO

Stephanie, I think you dislike the camera’s due to getting caught with dogs When I went to the house yesterday after you checked out, the downstairs bedroom and living area reeked of dog. The dogs had to have been In the house staying. The bed had to be washed multiple times to get the smell out. The carpets had to be professionally cleaned and we were unable to rent the house due to the extra cleaning. This is why we do not allow pets. I am very disappointed that you said they were leaving and that was not true. I didn’t cancel your reservation while you were there to give you the benefit of the doubt. But I obviously made a bad decision. The bedding upstairs had brown stains all over the comforter, along with the sofa. Not sure what that was. Please be considerate enough to pay the excess charge. You paid for the insurance and can file a claim of damage. Thank you Tony, Kathy and Rick

This house is the perfect set up for a beach getaway weekend! It was a short 15 minute drive to Cocoa Beach. The backyard was perfect with a large pool and lots of seating options. We also appreciated how kid-friendly the house was with games and pool toys. Our only difficulty was since it is a hot summer, the house felt warm and the AC was not able to be lowered by 70 which is warm for a Florida summer. Rick was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We would stay here again when we visit next!
