Our home is located minutes away from the Arkansas river and Downtown district. 25 minute drive to Monarch ski area. Our home includes 2 King beds. Bathroom with a tub and shower. All new top of the line appliances. 4 person hot tub to soak up the amazing views of beautiful Salida. Roku TV. Backyard setting area with BBQ grill. Propane included.

Perfect location for an easy walk to the river, places to eat, and shopping. Yet, far enough that it was peaceful and quiet. Great for watching fireworks on the 4th. I got in the hot tub every night to relax.

My wife and I loved staying at the Riverside R & R. The location was great for walking all over town and keeping a relaxed schedule. The hottub was a wonderful added bonus after trail runs and hiking ventures! We would definitely choose to stay here again, given the opportunity.

Couldn’t havev had a better experience for girls weekend 40th birthday- we skied at Monarch, watched movies, enjoyed the hot tub, and the short walk to great shops & restaurants in Salida was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice with modern finishes and appliances. We were delighted to find how comfortable the beds were! The master bedroom even had an adjustable bed with a heated blanket! The house is in a nice area within walking distance to downtown. The hot tub was great after skying during the day. Overall, loved the house and would recommend!
