This property is end of the road and has privacy with beautiful ocean views! Ocean views from the three upstairs bedrooms as well. Outside is a ping pong table, barbeque, large deck, hot tub, outdoor shower and a lush, always changing garden which make it a perfect retreat for people to gather and also have private space. The master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite bath, juliette balcony, walk-in closet, and a claw foot tub. The hand carved Javanese bed in the second bedroom is a magical experience with ocean views from both windows. The third bedroom has two new, comfortable full size beds and plenty of space to unpack for your stay. This humble, eclectic home has a well appointed kitchen, and sits minutes from the beach via car or private trail.

Northern paradise

Was a perfect getaway with family. Large deck out back was perfect for relaxing. One could sit and listen to the birds and oceans sounds there for hours. The location was surrounded by lush plant life. Had a great time playing ping pong near the garden and going to nearby moonstone beach and Redwoods national forest. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage

Snug Harbor was a cute cottage that made a great home base for our family of 6 to explore the Redwoods. Our kids loved the badminton and ping pong in the yard and I loved the peaceful ocean view and sounds, especially in the early mornings. The gardens were amazing and Beth even had fresh cut flowers waiting for us.

Amazing and cozy ocean cottage

We were very impressed with this home, and the furnishings, comfortable, clean, and homey with lovely antiques and a kitchen that is very well equipped and easy to work in. We had a Thanksgiving feast with family members cooking together which can be chaotic, but it turned out to be very enjoyable.

A gem of a find next to the ocean

This was a surreal experience, driving up to this beautiful, charming house overlooking the ocean. Accurate description, lots of artistic touches throughout a home that has obviously seen a lot of care. The host was highly responsive to queries. The trail to the beach was an extra bonus! We will definitely be back in the area, and at this house.

There's no place like (this cheerful cottage) home

Beth's home was a fun, unique spot for our family with 3 teens, and clearly built over time with love and care. Plenty of beds/ baths/ personal space and a nice open first-floor layout and large, well-stocked kitchen. It's cozy and yet feels spacious. Outside was just as charming - large porch, beautiful flower gardens, porch swing for watching the chatty birds and zippy hummingbirds. We saw a million stars at night, and got to watch 4th of July fireworks from the hot tub. The trail to the beaches was a fun adventure (might be hard for families with very young kiddos, but driving to Moonstone Beach is also quick and easy). Great location for exploring Redwoods. Beth was easy to work with, and we'd happily stay here again.

Magical Coastal Oasis

We recently stayed at Beth's beautiful home and couldn't have been more delighted. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the home's eclectic charm, beautiful garden, and breathtaking ocean views. The pictures truly do not do it justice. The house itself is cozy and comfortable, filled with unique items that add to its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The gardens are simply stunning, with vibrant blooms and lush greenery that create a serene and picturesque setting. Beth was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She even cut bouquets of flowers for us to enjoy during our visit, a lovely personal touch that made us feel so special. This home is ideal for a family gathering, and we felt completely at home during our stay. We've already planned a return trip next summer to spend more time in this beautiful location. We can't recommend Beth's home highly enough and look forward to making more wonderful memories there.
