Excellent Vacation Stay Property

Excellent accommodations and a very convenient location to dining, shopping, hiking, fishing and sight seeing. I would recommend this property to anyone entertaining the idea of staying/visiting the area.

Hands down, the best VRBO property in which we have ever stayed. The unit was so spacious, amazingly decorated, and outfitted to meet every need we had. The downtown location was extremely convenient to all the great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely look to reserve it again if returning to Gunnison.

Stunning property

Our 3rd floor loft was a dream. Clean, comfortable, great location. The renovations kept the integrity of this historic hotel with beautiful modern conveniences. We would DEFINITELY recommend the lofts and plan on staying here again!

Gunnison loft

We loved the downtown loft in Gunnison! We could walk to everything and there was plenty of room. Just parked around the corner to avoid 2 hour parking limits. It had everything we needed.

Historic Loft Living

Amazing loft experience! Location was walkable to all the great eats. Parking was never an issue. Dog loved the nearby green space. Space was impeccable. All the amenities. Views were amazing. Great Gunnison location or a place to launch for Crested Butte!

Perfect Get Away!

Photos are very accurate - very attractive and unique place with great views and mt. breezes. Four of us stayed here, but 6 more family members joined us for dinner and it worked out beautifully. There was a problem with the AC unit and the property managers were in excellent communication. We made a few suggestions: 2 luggage racks in each bedroom and non-slip rugs in the bathrooms.

There are 52 steps to climb once get inside the street door. We flat landers from NC didn’t consider the elevation of Gunnison in the third floor steps navigation. Other than that this is an incredible rental.
