course. Country Club Villas offers a peaceful resort setting on the quiet end of Kona in
Keauhou. Three pools are shared by only 116 condos in the community. Challenge your
partner to a tennis match, soak in the hot tub under the stars or stroll the beautiful
grounds.
The stylish condo was just renovated in 2022 and includes 4 split A/C systems.
Prepare your favorite island dishes with upgraded appliances and a well-stocked
kitchen. Dine on the large, quartz bar, or enjoy meals out on the lanai any time of
year. There is always something to watch: boats, golfers and countless coconut palms
swaying in front of the sunset.
A sliding door connects the master bedroom to the lanai, and it invites the ocean
breeze. Both bedrooms include a King bed. There is also a loft with two single beds.
Three beautifully appointed bathrooms allow everyone to prepare for a night out at the
same time. Your own front loading washing machines help you tidy up after a day of
adventuring around the island. Beaches, boat tours, shopping and dining are all found
nearby.
