Enjoy two homes on 2.4 acres with private waterfront with dock on a quiet cove in Maine’s most visited lake. The main house boasts 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and the guest house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Perfect home for multi-generational family gatherings.

After a day on the lake enjoy our in-ground pool, or the game room with bar and pool table inside!

Private, dead end road, far from it all yet 10 minutes to Windham and 30 minutes to Portland! Please note the following from October 1 through April 30 each year:

The guest house is not available for rental and is not included in this listing. The price per night in the off season reflects this.

This is a family rental, appropriate for 6-8 adults plus children. There will be an extra charge for rentals over 8 adults during this timeframe. The charge is $25/person per night over 8 adults.

We offer discounts for rental groups less than 6 during this timeframe.
