Great place. Super convenient to the state park. Kids loved the creek and the arcade. Minor issues with the projector, but the owners were very quick to respond and fix it. Will stay here again if we revisit.

Fun trip

The cabin was as advertised and extremely clean. The deck offers a nice view and atmosphere. There are other cabins on the property but they are spaced out to give you seclusion. Enjoyed the stay!

Winter Getaway

Lovely little cabin with everything we needed. Close to Grayson Highlands SP and several activities on the Highlands Hideaway properties. The general store has the basics you'll need to keep everyone fed and happy.

We stayed here 3 nights to do some hiking around Grayson Highlands. The location of the cabin is absolutely perfect with beautiful views right from the front door. My son really loved the arcade, which was a really fun perk to our stay here. The cabin had everything we were looking for and then some. This was one of our favorite trips we've taken and the cabin played a big part in that. If/when we come back to this area, we will be staying here again.

Visit to Grayson Highlands

The stay was great. It's just a few minutes to the entrance of Grayson Highlands State Park and a great price. It's comfortable, modern with Alexa, Wifi, TV, etc...but still out in the country with a nice stream a short walk away. Very nice place to stay overall. The driveway is pretty steep.

My best friend and I go on a girls adventure trip each year. We always try to stay at the same price point. With that price point, let me tell you, we’ve stayed at some dives. But this cabin exceeded all expectations. It’s cozy, well decorated, feels safe and one of our fave places we’ve stayed. We WILL be back!

Great Little Cabin

Came for hiking in Grayson Highlands. Everything was very clean, had everything we needed, would stay again. Kids loved the cabin itself and the arcade down the hill. Cabin has a nice view. Excellent communication from the host given they were out of power due to a winter storm the day we were set to arrive. They worked with us with what whatever we decided to do, and we decided to still come. Power was restored prior to our arrival. We also visited Appalachian Caverns with the kids which is about an hour and a half away. Had a great weekend.

The Overlook Cabin

Recommend advising your guests about the steep driveway and that it requires a higher clearance vehicle. Our friends sustained car damage at the top of the driveway. Need hooks in bathroom. Need a regular coffee maker, not a Keurig. Need more blankets! Otherwise, fun cabin.

Cindy thanks for your helpful advise, we messaged you during your stay to inquire about any issues, but never received any response :( The Keurig has a coffee insert but we will get a pot and your other recommendations. The driveway is steep, but we've taken vehicles from large trucks to sports cars with 4" clearance up without any issues. Please, check your messages and get back to me :)

Great place to stay definitely for the price love the peace and quiet and dark night sky could see so many lightning bugs, a.k.a. fireflies. And the birds singing in the blackberry patch below the deck of the cabin was so beautiful and peaceful.
