The Martin Family, private, river front, vacation home is located along the most captivating stretch of the Folly River. THIS IS THE MOST SECLUDED PROPERTY ON THE ISLAND, 1/4 MILE DOWN A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY With your own dedicated, deep water dock on the river... and a short 2 block walk to the beach... you have the best of both worlds!

Enjoy the sights, sounds and ambiance of the beautiful Folly River while sipping morning coffee on the back porch... watching the birds on the water front dock. At the end of the day, relax with a cocktail and watch the most beautiful sunset anywhere!

Bountiful oyster beds that are easily accessible and unlimited fishing and crabbing, makes this getaway a fisherman's paradise. The galley style kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped to whip up a delicious dinner from the fresh catch and local produce available on the island.

The main floor includes a master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The remaining 3 bedrooms,(2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 1 set of twin beds) share a full bathroom with bathtub/shower.

High speed internet is available. Bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD

This home was such a wonderful retreat for a family trip to folly. The dock was marvelous, the home was cool and comfortable, and the host was great! The location feels so tucked away but still with amazing proximity to the beach. We hope to come back some day!

This was our 2nd trip as a family and we loved it even more than the first time. The privacy is unparalleled yet convenient to everything. The deep water dock is prime real estate for viewing aquatic wildlife as well as fishing. And when I tell you the sunsets are to die for, I mean it!

Beautiful piece of heaven on Folly! Our family was looking for a peaceful week on the marsh. We cannot express the beauty of Gods wildlife and sunsets all around you. The house is tucked back on a peaceful part of Folly. The house had all of the necessary things for us. We were able to fish, crab, and watch dolphins. We had a kitchen stocked with pans for all the family meals we had. We had plenty of room for all to watch movies at night. It was a quick walk to get to the beach in which was a close beach access and flat beautiful beach! This house checked every box for us! We loved it!!! The dock was long but we liked getting our steps in daily and enjoyed amazing sunsets! Host was great and easy to get in touch with. AC was so refreshing after a hot day outside. All around great for our family!

The host, Patrick, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house is in a secluded location, offering privacy and peace. The dock was an absolute highlight, and, in my opinion, the best part of the house. It was a short 2-block walk to the beach, making it convenient for the beach. The house was well-equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Perfect quiet beach getaway

This is by for the best of everything Folly Beach has to offer. Really close beach access, bust nestled away on the Folly River with the perfect amount of privacy. The home is spacious & & geat for families. great for families. The pier is perfect for docking you boat, gathering oysters, fishing, crabbing, & enjoying the beautiful sunset. I will definitely be booking here again.
