We have vacationed in York beach many times when our children were growing up, so we knew the area and the location of the house - just perfect, between the beaches, downtown, the Nubble and Dunne's ice cream. The house was amazing, it had everything we needed, beautiful ocean views, comfortable seating, beds were very comfortable as well. Updates everywhere, couldn't ask for anything more - we loved out stay and will definitely be back.

Wonderful Property

This home checked every box for me and my family. It had ample space for eight people, was exceptionally clean upon arrival, had beautiful views, and close proximity to the beach and other activities. The hosts were extremely responsive. Our family hopes to stay at this property again in the future, and I highly recommend it for a Maine vacation.

Beautiful home in great location

This was the second time we rented this house for a family vacation. A beautiful clean home with everything we needed. The towels and linens being provided was a big plus. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax . A short walk to Nubble Light and Long Sands Beach. The views of the ocean and sunsets were fabulous. Very attentive hosts. Wonderful memories made here with children and grandchildren. Would love to return again.

Breathtaking as soon as you pull int the property. You can feel & smell the salt air as you arrive. Beautiful home inside and out. Convenient and spacious sleeping arrangements. After Christmas family retreat

My children and grands decided to get together after Christmas to relax and enjoy a week together. We love the beach and York Maine is a favorite spot. We found what looked like a location and house that would work for us. When we arrived we loved the views. When we went inside we fell in LOVE with the house! It's gorgeous and absolutely perfect for my eat, drink, dance and be merry family! We highly recommend this house and hope to come back! Good location in beach town

The house is spacious and has beautiful views of the ocean from both decks. The Nubble lighthouse is right up the road well within walking distance. There’s a cute center of town with shops and restaurants very close to the beach and play area for kids. Also nearby is a cute zoo and kiddie rides which we thoroughly enjoyed with our granddaughter. The house was very clean and roomy. There are a few things that could be improved like the mattresses in the queen bedrooms downstairs. The television could use a sound bar or speakers as the audio was poor. Also only one of the TV boxes worked. Overall we did enjoy ourselves and can’t say enough about the area which is really beautiful.

Beautiful week near Nubble

Beautiful, spacious property a short walk to Nubble! Lovely home with lots of room. Great communication from friendly hosts. Ocean views from decks. We had small children with us and having all the bedrooms but one in the downstairs/ entry level was a bit harder than we expected- but this may actually work well for other families! We missed having an outdoor shower for post beach, but the hose was helpful. It is a busy street with no sidewalks- something to be aware of with the littles f you hope to walk for ice cream etc. And a bit too long of a walk for us to the beach with all the kids’ things (15-20 min). Beautiful neighborhood! We loved our week and recommend this property :)
