SAFETY:
★ PLEASE watch your step and proceed up/down SLOWLY on the spiral staircase leading to the loft!
★ Our home may not be suitable for guests with small mobile/crawling children due to the "floating" staircases.
★ Please note, this is a four level townhouse that requires the use of stairs to access each level. Our home might pose accessibility challenges for individuals who experience difficulty navigating stairs.

ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire townhome & beach area (no lifeguard on duty) in the Tower Shores community. The only exceptions are two locked owner's closets - one on the 4th floor and one off the back deck.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Coastal Crush is situated on the quiet northern tip of Bethany Beach. Our home is conveniently located in the middle of it all! Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches are a short drive north while the town of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island are directly to our south.

Tower Shores beach is a private, non-guarded beach. All renters and their guests should swim at their own risk. There is a handicapped accessible ramp at Dune Road.

While we do offer high speed Wi-Fi, outages may occur in the area. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hot spot.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to provide a valid ID that matches the name of the person that made the reservation and a "selfie". Check in information will not be given out until that is received.

* Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises. *

If additional cleaning or other remedial measure is required, guest will be charged.

Coastal Crush is the perfect Bethany Beach experience and Julia is a wonderful host. We have been staying in Tower Shores for over 6 years and this is by far the best place we've stayed in. It was the perfect place for our family of 3 and had everything needed for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.Having beach access right across the street makes it super convenient. We always love the beach here because it has a nice amount of families without being on top of each other and plenty of kids for our daughter to play with. The place has plenty of chairs and umbrellas, along with beach toys and games. Our daughter loved trying the skim boards and using the boogie boards.It was also nice not having to bring sheets and bath towels for the week, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates, utensils, and kitchen tools. We are already planning our vacation for next year here. Thank you to Julia for being a great host and providing such a beautiful place for us to enjoy our annual beach week!

Modern Seaside Convenience

We had a lovely time staying at Coastal Crush. This rental is completely remodeled with enough room for our 5 adults . Coastal Crush is located in walking distance to the beach and came equipped with beach toys, skim boards, umbrella ,chairs . The location is perfect for an early morning stroll on the beach , a family day soaking in the sun, or an evening walk outside. The living room had comfy sofas and chairs . We especially enjoyed the soaking bathtub and rooftop deck. The owner was especially attentive and helpful and immediately helped with any request or question. This was the very best vrbo experience we have ever had; the cleanliness, the luxury of the space, and the direct access to the beach made for a very special getaway. I would highly recommend this VRBO space !

Awesome property in Bethany

Our family of five stayed at Coastal Crush near the end of July. We had an exquisite time. The property was immaculate and well thought out. Our stay could not have been better. Julia, the host, made sure everything was wonderful. She would reach out to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we did not need anything. Coastal Crush was in a perfect location—just steps from the beach. Dewey and Rehoboth Beach is a short distance to the north, and Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD, is a short drive south. Great restaurants are also very close by. Matt's Fish Camp is right at the end of the block, and The Big Chill is a two-minute car ride away. I would highly recommend staying at Coastal Crush, I know my family will be back.

Outstanding stay

Our family prefers short stays as to a week long vacation. We were so thankful Julia's property had a 3 night minimum. It is hard to find a gem like this without having to stay for a week. The property was immaculate and decorated very nicely. My family of 5 enjoyed sunrises and sunsets because of the short walking distance to the beach. We LOVED being able to walk back to the house and shower off before entering the property. It was definitely a game changer for our family. It was so great not having to drag sand in the car or the house. The included beach items (umbrella, chairs, toys, etc.) made our stay so much easier. Convenience is key with kids! The private community was easy to navigate and the beach was pretty quiet especially for peak season. The host Julia was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back.

We are based in PA but frequently make the easy trip to Delaware to relax and unwind. My husband and I have two active boys who keep us on our toes! My goal is to give all of our guests a 5-star experience- I am happy to answer any questions you may have!

Why they chose this property

One word: Convenience! Having two small kids ourselves, we really valued the convenience of owning a home in the Tower Shores community in Bethany Beach. The house is literally just steps to the sand and makes going back and forth to the beach with kids a breeze! The beach is also private so you never have to fight for space on the sand! The community is also super convenient to get to any of the beaches - Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey just to the north and Bethany and Fenwick to the south.

What makes this property unique

One of my favorite parts when traveling to a vacation spot is being about to stay in a home where you can hear the ocean! Coastal Crush offers just that :) Also, as I mentioned before, being so close to a private beach in Bethany makes it a unique and memorable location!
