Everything about this listing makes it a wonderful place to stay. Kitchen had any/all things you would need and more. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, owner was very communicative. Will stay here again.

Lovely house in a really great location. Walking distance to beach and Timber Point. Accomodations as advertised. Great views of the water from porches. Great for a family, particularly ones with a dog.
We enjoyed our July stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved the ocean views from the house and access to two private beaches. Also liked that it was only a short drive to our favorite restaurants in Cape Porpoise & Kennebunkport. Will definitely request a future stay.

Beautifully maintained and furnished home in wonderful neighborhood.
We visit Maine every summer, but this was our first stay in Biddeford/Granite Point. This home was immaculate, well-furnished, comfortable in all ways, and offered beautiful ocean views from the large upstairs bedrooms and porch. Perfect place for relaxation and family time. A special place, and we definitely plan to return!

Our family enjoyed a fun week at this Granite Point property. The house was clean and in an excellent location for kayaking, walking, and biking. The kitchen was well appointed for our many meals at home and there was plenty of beach equipment for our daily trips to the beach. The sunrises were beautiful from the 2nd floor porch.

Thank you for the lovely review. I hope to have you as a guest again.

Heavenly view from the balcony. Really appreciated being able to use the kayaks and surf boards. The beach is a few minute walk away. Happy that the owners don't use pesticides on their lawns as a few lawns in the neighbourhood do! Owner very available and helpful for any questions.
Relaxing quiet neighborhood. The property is as expected. We were familiar with it as we stayed at the oroperty before. Owner was receptive to issues raised during stay and addressed them immediately.
We loved our stay at Meg’s beach house. The pictures don’t do it justice. Feels like a well loved family home, that you are lucky to visit. The only hiccup is we got there before the cleaners. Meg was apologetic and the cleaners brought a crew. We took a walk to the beach while they cleaned. The view is so beautiful. The garage and basement have lots of fun family yard games. We loved our visit and would love to return some time! Our kids loved playing bocce and smashball. There are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby, so plan ahead! It is so peaceful and you instantly feel like a local. The private beach is worth everything!Looks like they’re adding on a bunk room that would be amazing in the future.

Wonderful, relaxing ocean home
My family had a wonderful week renting this home. It is situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood very close to multiple beaches in the Biddeford Pool area. The house is large, exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, and furnished with everything one might need for activities both at the house and at the beach. The three bedrooms are very comfortable and two have access to an upper deck with terrific views of the bay and ocean. There are nature areas and beaches in walking distance and two large public beaches a short drive or bike ride away. We loved the house and its proximity to the beaches and all the available beach gear (kayaks, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) The owner was readily available to address any questions or requests and she went out of her way to make sure my family had an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend renting this home if one is looking to stay in the Biddeford Pool area.
The covered balcony was an enjoyable spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We loved the short walk to the Rachel Carson nature preserve and pristine beaches.
The beach home is convenient to a beautiful private beach. A short walk down the country road in the morning with my 4 year old granddaughter smelling all the sea rose was delightful! Plenty of room for a family of five! Beds were very comfortable! Never missed the air conditioning! Because we kept the doors open on the balcony. Absolutely quite! In this little seaside community. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps updating of the cooking utensils or lack of. Also the cleaning service could have done a better job cleaning. Overall a wonderful experience! Would definitely return next year!
We had a wonderful time for two weeks at Meg’s house. It is a 1 minute walk to the local private beach (made easier by the wagon in the basement) where my kids played in tidal pools and climbed the rocks. Sunset there is magical. Not far from Saco and Kennebunkport, which we visited a few times each.
The house has all the basics you need to cook and grill. The bedrooms were nicely set up and very clean.
We would love to return!
This house has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The house has views of the beach, and is just a short walk to get there. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, and all the beach things(towels, chairs, umbrellas). We enjoyed our morning walks and coffee on the upper deck. We had plenty of room to entertain our family who lives close by.
I would definitely stay here again!

House is beautiful.
The communication with the owner prior to stay was at times unread. She did not see last 4 emails. When we arrived 2 other people there. The woman was a friend. Owner said never saw emails. At that point wanted more money. WiFi not working well. Megan took care of this immediately. The view from deck is okay. But not as nice as thought. Beach nice. Neighborhood very quiet.
This rental is in a beautiful little community with a small private beach and amazing views from the second floor balcony off the bedrooms. Close to beaches, Kennebunkport/Kennebunk, Wells, Ogunquit for little day trips.
We spent an amazing week at Meg's house this August. It was perfect for our family of four and could have easily accommodated 2 more adults. The house is well appointed and was spotless. I felt very safe staying there during COVID. The location couldn't have been better. The views were gorgeous and the beach was perfect for our young kids. We can't wait to visit again next year!
We loved our stay so much that we have already rebooked for next year. The photos don’t do this gem justice. We enjoyed the balcony morning and night, the private beach was so special and our boys never wanted to leave. The ice cream truck was a treat, the comfy beads, books galore for reading and relaxing, beach equipment, toys and games for all ages. Best vacation for a family! And we were grateful we could include our 10 month old puppy.
This was a great place to stay with my husband, daughter & son. We enjoyed the home and surrounding areas (Portland and Kennebunkport). Property is large and roomy with WiFi and cable tv. Very clean and nicely furnished. Great views from a deck off two of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable & the kitchen was suitable for meals in. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for a Maine vacation.

We spent a wonderful week her. The house was beautifully appointed, super clean and well equipped. We loved the tranquility of sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and surf sounds (sometimes wrapped in blankets). It is a nice area to walk, both on the beach and roadside, and much quieter than the tourist towns. It is also only a short ride to many coastal attractions. Meg was very helpful with anything we needed to know and also surprised us with a nice welcoming gift. I am sure no one will be disappointed with a vacation at Seaspray!

About the host
Hosted by Meg McCormick
My father built this beautiful home in 2012, next door to our vacation home since 1970. Granite Point has been a tradition in our family for 53 years.
Why they chose this property
The private beach has calm waters protected by the cove. Only 2 miles away is the open ocean with great surf at Fortunes Rock public beach. Three miles north is Biddeford Pool, with a few restaurants, a local grocer, and a wonderful gift shop. Four miles south is Goose Rocks Beach, Kennebunkport, which offers an excellent tennis club, a calm, open beach, and the historic Tides Inn Beach club and restaurant. Eight miles south is Cape Porpoise, which has many restaurants, Bradbury’s Grocery store, a fishmonger on the Wharf, and shops. Kennebunkport, the large tourist village, is 11 miles away.
What makes this property unique
Natural Areas Biddeford has magnificent natural areas, particularly along the coast, offering outstanding hiking and bird-watching opportunities. Particularly noteworthy are the Audubon Conservancy at Biddeford Pool and the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Preserve in the Granite Point area of the City.
