We are walking distance to library, bus stop, several parks & hiking trails. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Amenities include a full size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, instant hot water kettle, french press, yoga mat, Kangen alkaline drinking water, open window air with fans, heater, and WiFi. Light to moderate use of washer & dryer is available simply provide your own supplies. The sink in the laundry room is yours to use for your dishes. Whether you're exploring this historical city or relaxing in the comfort of this charming studio, you'll feel right at home. Truly kind hospitality

Kelley did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. This listing is relatively new to VRBO. I made a number of suggestions for easy ways to enhance the features and functionality, and I think nearly every one was adopted. As a longer stay, I was especially grateful for my own kitchen setup (refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer), shared access to the laundry, and a dedicated off-street parking spot. Main critiques: It is a drive to the downtown tourist destinations, and the setup and decor has a college-student-thrift-store vibe that is not my favorite. That said, it's clean, functional, private, usually quiet, has a very comfortable bed, and is a good value for someone on a budget.

Though the studio is connected to the main house, guests have a private entrance, designated parking space close to their door & a gated patio sitting area.
