Having a cozy well appointed place to come home to after exploring this stunning area of Colorado made me fall in love again with Salida. Check in was super easy. The host transparently alerted me to some repair delays, not a big deal and appreciated the heads up. Great stay - highly recommend.

The rental property was excellent! The river front was exceptional except for the monsoon season caused the water in the river to be brownish. We would definitely return to this beautiful home!

The property was exactly as described. Beautiful accommodations with a fully stocked kitchen that had everything you need to cook like you’re at home. The host responded immediately when I had to reach out with a question. I don’t think you can get a better, quiet location with a review is so close to town.

Property has a great set-up. Good location - nice to be right on the river. Very relaxing. I was aware that there was no air conditioning and unfortunately I was there in 85-90 degree weather and it was often unpleasantly warm. It wouldb e the prefect property if air was added. Still a very nice property.

Without question, this property is one of the best in Salida. The host/owner is extremely communicative and helpful. The property is top-notch, and the amenities are excellent. Check-in and check-out are efficient and easy. The owners have stocked this home with the finest of appliances and other amenities. You will want for nothing!The care the owners have taken to ensure a great visit was nice, and it was nice to stay in a place that was way above average. I am an old-time Salidan and it was nice to stay in a place that the owners are still active and locally present. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again if at all possible. THANKS for making us feel at home.
