Any possession, discharge, or use of fireworks on the property constitutes a material violation of these House Rules and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, removal from the property, liability for all damages, cleanup costs, wildfire suppression costs, insurance deductibles, governmental fines, and any other resulting expenses to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This home was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. There is plenty of room for a group and the kitchen is well appointed for any cooking you might want to do. Also, this is without a doubt the cleanest rental we have EVER stayed in. We LOVED our stay.

The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed! Furniture and beds were all very comfortable! We would definitely come back!
Only notes I'd make: no cell signal (but reliable wifi) and the river is not visible from the home and a good little walk.
We had a group of 6, all couples who were going to wineries around the area. House is spacious. Living and kitchen were perfect for watching tv. We prepared meals both evenings. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the top deck outside. Great place to relax and visit with everyone. The host was easy to message and respond quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
