Condo is located on the top floor (end unit) with marsh views and is only 1 mile from the Folly Beach Pier, shopping and restaurants. There are bike lanes in both directions to Folly Beach from the condo. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals including a seafood market and seafood restaurant.

Bedrooms have comfortable Queen Serta Sleepers. Living room has a sectional couch with ottoman, two TVs and a ceiling fan. The full kitchen has 4 stools and is well equipped with quality cookware.

The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including linen (bedding and bath towels).

Please note this complex does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door.

Parking lot is unassigned, there is a strictly enforced 2 cars maximum per condo. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles are allowed.

Great place in an awesome location

This place is exactly what we were looking for. The seamless check-in and everything included in the condo made for a very relaxing stay. We lived the marsh view and the convenience to getting to Folly Beach. Plus the beach chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated for our beach time!

Folly Beach

Beautiful neat and clean condo. Amazing view for sunsets and dolphin watching. just a couple minutes away from the beach and only a few minutes away from Charleston. Host provided some excellent suggestions for dining.

Back bedroom bath/toilet plumbing is slow. Coffee pot or kettle. Small tv in bedrooms. The ability to levitate would be awesome.lol Really was a great stay. We appreciate the beach chairs and other stuff.

The location of this property is key! We stayed as a family of 3, although our son came by from The Citadel in the evenings to hang out. He’s 20 and with the 4 of us, it was a little snug, but for 3 of us, it was perfect. The view is beautiful and the proximity to Folly and downtown Charleston was ideal. There are a lot of stairs, but to get that view, you’d have to have a lot of stairs! Communication was amazing, and so appreciated! I highly recommend for a couple or small family!

Perfect location between beach & Charleston

this property is honestly very underrated from the pictures. The pictures do not do it justice how amazing the view is, and how clean everything is inside. The AC worked really well during 90 degrees weather.you’re about a five minute drive from the beach, Folly Beach, and then 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. on the weekends traffic can be a little bit much getting into the beach, but since you’re so close, it’s not bad at all, maybe adds an extra 5 mins.The host were extremely kind and very good at communicating.

Cardio Work-out for Adults & Suicide Attempt for Young Children, Disabled Individuals, & Elderly

You assume 1A is on the ground floor or first floor... The unit was on the 4th floor! It had 44 steps and over 8 flights of stairs!!! NO ELEVATOR! NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE... I am 70 years old and have had 5 knee surgeries and a Left Total Knee. My sister-in-law is 75 years old and uses a cane... Needless to say, we didn't bring our luggage or cooler up to the 4th floor... We only brought a few essential items. The stairs also had a type of moss from the trees that made them slippery, so you had to brush it aside. The unit is back up against the main road and the traffic was very loud. The condo was nicely decorated, but cheaply built and had cobwebs... Due it's location on 4th floor. I wouldn't recommend it for people with young children, disabled adults, or the elderly. If I hadn't already paid for it- I would have cancelled and attempted to find lodging somewhere else. My companion and I were VERY CAREFUL going up and down the stairs only once per day. I am sorry, we didn't take the trash out, but we did good to just get ourselves down the stairs safely...t

I’m only giving this rental 3/5 because of the lack of detailed cleaning. Floors (even in bedrooms) were sticky/dirty, living room window smudged, refrig inside had crumbs, balcony full of pollen, washer/dryer cabinet with lots of dust/lint on floor, porch roofing end is loose. Condo needs upgrading. The sunset view (3 flights up) is great, though.

Beautiful location. Unfortunately my stay landed right after a terrible one in 10 year snow storm so wasn't able to get out and about as much as i would have liked. Only improvement I can think of is cookware need stocking and potential update. The stairs are no joke but very doable
