The spacious main living room invites you to relax on a huge, comfy sectional sofa or curl up with a book in the separate reading nook. A second living area awaits in the upstairs loft, offering another comfortable couch and a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work.

Guests love the quiet atmosphere while still being only about 15 minutes from downtown dining, breweries, and shopping.
Outdoor enthusiasts will find endless adventures nearby—Coconino National Forest trails, Sunset Crater Volcano, and Wupatki National Monument are just a short drive away. With easy access to Highway 89, Doney Park is also a convenient jumping-off point for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, or Lake Powell.
If you’re looking for a serene mountain escape with big-sky views and plenty of space to breathe, Doney Park is the perfect place to call home during your Flagstaff stay.
Getting Around:
The best way to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding Northern Arizona attractions is by car. While Flagstaff does have public transit and ride-share options, many of the area’s highlights—such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, Walnut Canyon, and countless hiking trails—are easiest to reach when you have your own vehicle. A car allows you to enjoy the flexibility of mountain drives, day trips, and exploring at your own pace. Streets are easy to navigate, and most destinations offer convenient parking. We do recommend a car with 4WD/AWD during extreme winter conditions.
Other Things to Note:

✅ If a prolonged power, water, or heating outage occurs due to winter storms, impacting the majority of homes in the area.
✅ Minor disruptions or short-term outages that are common during storms do not qualify.
