The casita was comfortable, very well-equipped, attractively furnished, and well-located. The biggest drawback for me was the pot smoker in the adjoining garage. The unpleasant, skunk-like smell permeated my space several times a day starting as early as 7:00 a.m. Also, anyone considering renting this casita for more than a few days should understand that the refrigerator is very small and limiting. Otherwise, I enjoyed my month’s stay in Casita Gomez.

The house is located within walking distance of all the things we wanted to check out in Santa Fe. Neighbors were friendly and the area was very laid back. Bed was comfortable. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Not sure why vrbo keeps thinking this was a winery. It is not.

Location was great. Unfortunately, exterior maintenance was scheduled during our stay, and property management was not even aware. Note, the workers tried to be respectful of us as possible but was very disconcerting to have people taping windows, etc. at 8AM... We closed everything up and left as soon as possible. There should never be maintenance like that scheduled while there are renters paying to stay on the property.

Excellent location, easy parking, very clean, cosy, and has a nice courtyard in back. The mattress was a bit soft for us, but we were able to sleep okay. We could not get the wine cooler to work, and the fridge was very small. Overall, it was a very nice place, and we would stay there again.
