The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything Seattle has to offer from our centrally located Capitol Hill condo situated in a renovated, 100 year old Victorian house.

We are a short two blocks from the Capitol Hill Light Rail station in the heart of Capitol Hill. No car needed, but if you do drive we have one compact off street parking spot available!

Enjoy Seattle via foot or a quick trip via public transit!

We had a wonderful four week summer in Seattle stay at this VRBO, while my son attended summer school nearby. It was absolutely perfect for us. I was able to work from home very easily and we felt right at home walking to and from school and to groceries, restaurants and parks from here. 5 stars!
