We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The themed kids' rooms were a big hit, especially the Harry Potter room, which our kids loved.Early check-in was a huge help since we had park tickets and wanted to get there before 4:00 PM. Communication was excellent, with quick and helpful responses throughout our stay.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Very cool themed-rooms. The kids were amazed! I was under the impression the water park was walkable/ right around the corner but be prepared to pack up and drive approx 5 minutes to enter a different neighborhood. Snacks/drinks/flowrider experience not included with admission. Pool smaller than seems, more like XL hot tub that could fit 3-4 adults easily. Neighborhood had an ice cream truck that went around- fun for kids. And parking wasn’t an issue (at least for the month of October). VERY easy check out instructions and check in code.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! The kids especially loved the themed rooms. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great and easy to find. Parking was a little tough, but manageable. The host was very prompt and courteous with her responses.

Wonderful Family Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at this property with our large family of 17 people — 4 adults and 13 children! The home provided a welcoming, comfortable, and accommodating environment where we could spend quality time together, enjoy each other’s company, and make lasting family memories.The owner’s communication was excellent from beginning to end. We genuinely appreciated the responsiveness, hospitality, and effort that went into making our stay enjoyable. Traveling with a large family can be challenging, but we truly appreciated having a place where everyone could come together and enjoy our time away.As a small recommendation for future guests, especially larger families, having additional kitchen essentials such as larger pots and pans, along with a few more basic household supplies, would make the experience even better.Overall, we had a great experience and are grateful for the opportunity to stay here. We would absolutely recommend this property to other families looking for a welcoming place to spend quality time together. Thank you for your hospitality and for helping our family of 17 create wonderful memories!

Unfortunately the guest was a no show and let us know after the reservation had started. They refused to cancel their remaining days in order to allow us to open our days to be able to book to another guest that requested the other days. Their Mail box was full and they were completely uncommunicative and didn’t answer their phone. We even offered to refund two days and they refused again to alter their reservation to allow us ti be able to open the rental to another family. We unfortunately were unable to help any further due to the complete lack of communication and cooperation.

The parking can be a little sketchy. It was first come first serve, but there are many houses on the same block only pet peeve is the pool was a little bit smaller but we still had an awesome amazing time. The only thing that I would say is updating some of the cookware so we end up purchasing some cookware and some utensils. Also, some of the bedding was not 100% clean.

I was not made aware there were any items that needed replacement and would have updated anything that was communicated. Parking in the community is parallel and first come first serve, the area is extremely safe and sketchy is probably not the proper choice of wording. We take cleanliness extremely seriously and our cleaning crew and managers have a four point inspection that they complete for every single cleaning. That said we value your comments and will utilize them to update our restocking schedule and maintenance supervisor activation.

The house was great. Very pet friendly. The only issues we had was the parking. Because there was no assignments for parking, when we got in late from the theme parks the spots near the house were taken. We ended up parking a few blocks over.

We were a group of 9 people who stayed during our Disney World vacation. Pros: Everyone was impressed with the property. The price was right, it's clean, the decorations are just as pictured, areas are well lit, it's convenient to Disney World with easy backroad access, the host was quick to answer communications, the kids loved the slide in the bedroom and heated pool out back, there's a washer and dryer, and there's a few little extras like 2 DW pods, 1 load of laundry soap, and 2 extra rolls of TP. Cons: While there's enough room to sleep 18, the dining room table only fits 6 2 at the bar, and the TV/sofa area only fits 4 comfortably. There's no closet space. The cooking supplies are limited: no mixing bowls for our scrambled eggs, and the non-stick pans need to be replaced. The unit also lacked towel racks and TP holders. Morning rush hour traffic to the airport was brutal at the 4-way stop, so watch your departure time. The thermostat registered poor quality air during our stay, but the host sent someone to fix that (after our stay).

Thank you for your review Melanie. We strive to update all items on a quarterly basis and to have plenty of seating room and up to date accessories. We will be re stocking the kitchen ware as previous guests must of broken them and inventory must of missed the mixing bowls so thank you for the valuable feedback as it helps us make adjustments for our next guests. We have the AC and ducts cleaned on a quarterly basis and sometimes air pollutants from the outside or cooking can affect the sensors. I’ve taken added precautions to avoid this happening. Traffic in central Florida can be chaotic depending on the time of year and ample time should be allotted for airline and flights. We hope you give us the opportunity to exceed your expectations at your next stay.
