The neighborhood is safe and quiet. With a 92 walk score and 98 bike score, it is close to so many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shopping.
It is easily accessible by car. Very close to UC Berkeley campus.
It's close to El Cerrito Plaza BART station. BART is the main transportation to get around in the Bay Area.
It's also close to local and trans-bay bus services to San Francisco.

What makes this property unique

The property is newly remodeled with modern fixtures and boho aesthetics. The owner put a lot of thoughts and effort to make the space comfortable and chic. Parking is a huge bonus as well.
