Cute little attached apartment / MIL suite. Driveway was a pain to find because its hidden & fairly narrow , but everything was pretty smooth.Stay was good and the unit was clean. No stove, appliances or anything like that. Shower water doesn't stay hot very long.

Description misleading, did not mention that bathroom is not separated from bedroom/living room (no door or full-height walls). Cooking facilities limited to mini-fridge and coffee maker, no counter space, no sink--had to wash dishes in bathroom sink. Furniture shabby. No full-height table on which to eat or use laptop; had to work and eat on coffee table. Whole place "decorated" with a bunch of junk meant to be "charming" but mostly dusty and in the way. Heat minimal; space heater not very effective, so place was cold most of the time. Main house very difficult to find, and then, once there, unclear where VRBO unit is located; no defined path to unit, and badly lit at night. Parking spot difficult to maneuver. Grounds ill-kept. Host friendly and relatively accommodating once we were able to contact him (but info about check-in late in coming--had to contact VRBO first), but all in all, the place is a dump. Inexpensive, yes, but....
