Come and enjoy this beautiful Courtyard Villa. Step through the Florida room to your GIANT lanai under screen enclosure where enjoying the days and evenings will be a highlight. There's a spa/hot tub, plenty of room for hosting friends and family, lots of seating and a gorgeous GOLF COURSE VIEW! Imagine having your morning coffee and/or evening beverage of choice in this awesome outdoor space.

PERFECT LOCATION...Within minutes of Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing by golf cart. A short walk to beautiful pool, Rec center & Tierra Del Sol Golf & Country Club and all it has to offer.

Beautiful, bright & comfortable - Whether you are coming to the Villages to check it out, have a golf get away, visit family, attend a wedding, etc. our place is the perfect place to call home during your stay. Why stay in a hotel when you can have your own space and all the luxuries of Tee Off Villa for LESS money?

Use of our gas golf cart, high speed internet, streaming TV and regular spa/hot tub service is all included. Need to work while you visit? Our place is set up for remote working with a private office.

There is coffee, sugar & creamer to get you started in the event your have had a long travel day or got in late at night. 2 Bedroom/ 2 bath fully furnished and ready for use. Fully stocked with glassware, utensils, pot/pans/bakeware, Instant Pot, Ninja Blender/smoothie maker, crock pot, gas grill, hair dryers, iron, towels, and bedding. Also available for your use - folding chairs to take to the squares or to join in at a neighbor driveway party, coolers, pool towels, etc. You name it, it is likely here, You just need to bring your clothes, clubs and toiletries.

Located in one of the most FUN and sought out neighborhoods, La Paloma in the Village of Palo Alto which has close proximity to lots of golf and the very popular Spanish Springs Town Square & Lake Sumter Landing which hosts shopping, restaurants (with awesome Happy Hours!), movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly!

Ask about the Village Temporary Resident ID card - with this card you can use any of the 46 executive golf courses with no greens fees. These executive golf courses are not your typical "pitch & putts" They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 14 Championship courses. You are also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1,000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Fantastic location in the Villages

This is our second visit! Very happy with our stay. Its within walking distance to an adult only pool, a restaurant, and a recreation center where you can play tennis, pickleball, bocce and shuffleboard. Hot tub was great and the owners are available with quick response for issues or questions. We look forward to another visit in the future. As always, we enjoyed our time at this house. Very comfortable and clean.

A lovely Villa in the Villages

The Villa was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with any supplies that we needed. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. We enjoyed the close proximity to an adult pool. We parked our truck when we got there and used the golf cart that was provided for all our travel in the Villages. An excellent experience. We hope to stay in this Villa again on our next trip to the Villages.

Great House in a Great Location

It was our first visit to the Villages and we couldn't of been happier with the house. It was well appointed and in a great location! The Hot Tub came in very handy after a long day of visiting the Squares, dinning out and enjoying the local bars. We really enjoyed riding the Golf Cart everywhere we went. The house is very close to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We will definitely be back. The host was very accommodating and informative.

Great holiday in the Villages

The Villa was the best rental we have ever stayed in either in USA or Europe. It was fully equipped to 5" standard with a good golf buggy. One thing I would recommend is some screening along the Lania as those waiting to tee off were only 3 meters from the hot tub which once a start up problem was resolved was great. The TV channels included Netfix and Amazon and it was great to watch the first two days of the Ryder cup. Highly recommend. A,JH 30 Sept.2023

Very nice getaway - just wish we could've stayed longer! Kelly and Rob were wonderful to work with, very accommodating. Their villa is well maintained, inside and out, and super clean. We had the use of the lanai, hot tub and golf cart, however, due to the weather we were unable to use those amenities. We only used the microwave for popcorn, but the kitchen was well stocked, well maintained and very clean too. The villa is roomy enough for two and I believe 4 could be comfortable as well. No complaints about the beds or bathrooms either. All in all, I think anyone would be happy here enjoying all The Villages have to offer.

Everything we needed and then some

This property is spectacular! A short golf cart ride to the pool and Tierra Del Sol Rec Center. The Grill and Cafe were a bonus. The pictures online dont do this house justice. The Owner was exemplary and timely in responses. They even checked on us after Hurricane Helene. Block and Stucco is the way to go for sure. We were able to get our car and the golf cart in the garage to keep them safe from the wind. The location was a plus for easy traveli via cart to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. This is truly the Best Month I've ever had. Thank you to.this Owner for sharing your lovely home with us!! See you in May!

Magnificent

If I were to choose a home away from home, this would be it. Comfortable, clean, convenient, and a fantastic location. All you need to do is unpack your suitcase. Kelly is the perfect host. She is more than responsive. There was a mix up with my Resident Guest Pass. She took her time on a Saturday evening to resolve the issue when it could have easily been handled Monday Morning. Thank you for that, Kelly. Can’t wait for the next opportunity to take a week or more and enjoy Tee Off Villa again.

Retirement R&R

The Tee Off Villa included a golf cart, which is a major mode of transportation in the Villages. This home is a short golf cart ride to 2 of the Villages' town squares - Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. The inground hot tub overlooks the 1st hole tee box of an Executive golf course, but is still private. We enjoyed reading and relaxing in the hot tub for the entire month. The owners were extremely responsive and provided an excellent home for the 2 of us to enjoy our first month of retirement. The master bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the Villages' experience with the wide variety of daily activities. We look forward to returning to this Villa in the near future.

Wonderful weekend

My husband and I stayed at Rob and Kelly's place and had the best experience. The house is located right on a golf course and we got to watch several golfers tee off as we enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. The house comes with a golf cart, which was fully charged and full of gas. We parked our car and used the cart for all our outings. It was so convenient. The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The showerhead in the master bathroom was great, the water pressure and temperature was just like ours at home. The master bedroom leads out onto the lanai with a jacuzzi. We definitely took advantage of the jacuzzi in the evening! The house is located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter, both very easy to get to. Kelly informed us of The Villages App, which was very helpful and even had a GPS system for the golf cart.....so thankfully we never got lost and drove around like we knew where we were going. Rob and Kelly were excellent hosts. The communication was great from the time we requested to book their home all the way until check-out. They gave us a few recommendations for eating, which all turned out delicious! Huge thank you to both of them for opening up their house to us and allowing us to enjoy our long weekend.

De eigenaar was heel gastvrij. Er was van alles aanwezig in het huis voor dagelijks gebruik. Dat was heel fijn. Het huis lag centraal gelegen tussen Sumter Landing en Spanish Springs. Alles was heel goed te bereiken met de Cart die ook bij het huis was inbegrepen. Kortom: een heel fijn huis om te verblijven.

We live in the gorgeous White Mountains of New Hampshire. And, as much as we love the 4 seasons it is nice to get away and enjoy some fantastic weather. We love to golf, travel, explore, ride our motorcycles, ATV, snowmobile, hang out with friends and family, entertain, enjoy good food, drinks, etc. We love to have fun and share in it with others.

Why they chose this property

We visited the Villages several times and always had a blast. When we started to look at homes we fell in love with Tee Off Villa immediately. We love spending time there and sharing it with others.

What makes this property unique

Our home is very comfortable. It is in a wonderful location within The Villages. We are conveniently located close by to both Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. And, golf galore! You can get to pretty much anything via golf cart from this great location. And, we love the outdoor space and lanai. It is just an amazing place to have your morning coffee, hear the birds sing, look over the beautiful golf course or enjoy a cocktail. The spa/hot tub is an oasis. And the evenings out there are divine. Come experience it for yourself.
