Coastal Comfort delivers the goods -- coast and comfort -- in this pet friendly, beachfront, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, practically ground-level cottage with fully fenced yard. Coastal Comfort's owners retained many of the charming features including the enchanting crystal doorknobs, quaint woodworking and wood floors. For guests' comfort, however, they have added modern conveniences such as flat screen televisions and high speed internet with wireless access. Additional features of this property include a large sunroom, a large screened porch and an outside shower with hot and cold water.
The cozy areas of this home give everyone enough room to find their own retreat, though most guests find that they rarely want to leave the comfort of the Gulf breezes enjoyed on the abundantly sized screened porch overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico's white sandy beach. Two bedrooms at the west end of the house share 2 back-to-back bathrooms in a shared hallway -- one bathroom has a large corner shower stall and the other has a tub/shower combination. The larger of the 2 bedrooms has a king-size bed with sitting area and television, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. At the opposite end of the house and next to the kitchen is the 3rd and largest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a queen bed, as well as a wall-mounted television and a sofa. This bedroom has its own private bath (shower stall) located next to the laundry center. There is a separate exterior entrance from this room, so that early risers need not wake the rest of the house when sneaking off to the beach to take in one of Alligator Point's amazing sunrises!

If you have ever been to Alligator Point, you'll know that we're rarely crowded, and “crowded” by our standards (to us, more than 6 people is crowded -- and truly the most people we have ever seen at one time at this access point is 20 on a holiday weekend ) is laughable by most other places in Florida, but if privacy is an issue for you (or your nervous dog), then please let us help you find your alternative perfect property.
