The house was beautifully designed and the layout was perfect for our family with our 2 adult children. We were in town for my daughter’s doctorate graduation in December. Enjoyed being out by pool in backyard. Kitchen and living space was comfortable and spacious. The location worked great for access to the Pensacola Bay Center which is where UWF held their graduation. We enjoyed our stay here this weekend and would definitely come and stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Weekend trip

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our dog. It was a great house with a perfect location. Everything was very clean and the pool was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Historic Pensacola snow storm

We were extremely comfortable in Blue Luxe watching it snow 8 inches outside. The home is conveniently located to downtown and Pensacola Beach, we felt safe walking the neighborhood at all hours and truly enjoyed our stay in this home! Would definitely recommend this home for a stay in Pensacola.

Beautiful Pet Friendly Home! Great Location!

This home is perfect for someone traveling with fur babies! It was very safe and had a great backyard! The kitchen and living room were so open and spacious. It was just myself and my husband, but would be wonderful for a family or couples to entertain and hang out and cook! I would definitely recommend this property. We will be back!

The place was nice, clean and roomy.The pool was nice, some people jumped in, it was a little too cold for me.(March)We had an issue with our dog doing a little damage, they were understanding and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Making Memories

It was a great place!! We enjoyed the pool so much and the beach was close enough. The only thing that could have made this trip better, would have been for my daughter and two small dogs to have been with us. I saw pool and dog friendly and thought this is the place for us!! The day before we were to go, I was reading over all my emails and noticed only two dogs. Well my son and his wife had one dog and my daughter two, so this knocked her out. She didn’t want to board either one, so she just didn’t get to come!!I did ask about it, and two was the limit!! I bet I will be more careful next time!! Other than that, it was perfect!! I would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood

Home has a lovely backyard with a beautiful pool. Very relaxing. House is laid out nicely with plenty of room. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept with pleasant neighbors. Owners take nice care of property with lawn service, pool maintenance, etc making frequent visits. Found management company to be less than helpful. Annoying. Leaves a bad taste for such a lovely home. (Our dog loved the backyard, too).

Amazing property! But….

We started here because of our pcs move. But it was very relaxing. Kids loved the pool, the master bath felt like a spa. And with moving with kids Definitely needed that. Only thing house keeper could do a tad better with the cleaning. And really wish the back gate locked. Believe someone came onto the property to use the grill. Our little door freaked out two different time in the middle of the night.

Positives- Super Clean Rental property - Safe & Quiet Neighborhood- Condition of the home was nearly flawless.- Off street car parking space was appreciated.- Streaming of the Smart TVs operated very well.- Wi-Fi system performed well, no problem.- All appliances worked, no issues.- Water pressure and hot water supply was good.- Closet space and organization was week designed.- The furniture was comfortable.- Location was great, 8 minutes away from our primary interest.- Definitely I would stay at this rental property again.Negatives- The primary bedroom had a memory foam mattress, which personally I do not like and don’t sleep well on them. - NOTE: This a corporate managed rental Vacasa, were not responsive to messaging or chats. You have to call to speak to Vacasa customer service.No local ownership. Vacasa does have a local mobile service available if issues should arise.
