Spanish Villa is located in a fantastic spot in Jacksonville Beach, one of the most popular beach communities in Northeast Florida. The home sits just steps from the shoreline along Ocean Drive, making it incredibly easy to spend your days enjoying the sand and surf.

The area is known for its laid-back beach atmosphere, walkable streets, and great local restaurants. Within a short drive or bike ride you’ll find popular spots for seafood, brunch, and casual beachfront dining, as well as coffee shops, surf stores, and local boutiques.

You will have access to the entire home. This is a private residence. However, there is a small 1 bedrooms apartment on the ground level that is occupied by a long term tenant. This is separate and private. The 1 BR apt does not have access to level 2 and 3 of the home and vice versa.

Inside, the home features beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The living area is designed for gathering and relaxing after a day at the beach, with comfortable seating and easy access to the patio and outdoor areas.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook meals during your stay, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. The kitchen opens into the dining and living spaces, making it easy to spend time together.

You’ll also find thoughtful extras throughout the home, including beach gear, bikes for exploring the area, an arcade game for fun evenings, and a desk with chair for remote work. A dumb waiter helps move items easily between floors, making unpacking groceries or beach gear simple.

Outside, enjoy the private patio with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or relaxing after a day in the sun.

With very close beach access, you can walk to the sand in minutes and enjoy everything Jacksonville Beach has to offer.

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.
