We loved our stay on this quiet and lovely location. It is right on the Sequatchie river and our dogs got to swim every day. It was very quiet with nights filled with the sounds of nature. Would recommend.

Solid property on a horse farm located on the Sequatchie River. Bedrooms are very small and the only accommodations for sleeping up to 6 are simply two couches. No fluff on this place but it does the job.

While VBRO made a major mistake and we got cut short our host was phenomenal and was quick to respond and very welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful and it was wonderful getting to bring our dogs!

Perfect location and fully equipped pod! We had a fantastic weekend on a farm. One thing though, pack a hair dryer- that’s the only thing missing. Thank you! We will come back!

Located in a wonderful bit of the countryside close enough to Chattanooga, but not too close, the cabin (or pod) sits on a nice area of farmland with a rodeo arena and just off a creek. The unit was new, practically crafted (love the use of what I think was a catering trailer for a part of the unit, with a great wrap around porch. The interior was just right - two bedrooms of practical size, a bathroom featuring corrugated aluminum lining the shower compartment (very cool!), great sitting area, great dining area, and a kitchen that is open and functional. It’s not lavish, but it’s so very comfortable and nice!I should add here the unit was very clean and set up very well. It’s obvious the owners care about the property. The outside offered a front porch that offered sitting with a view of the arena, a rear porch that offered sitting with a view of the River, as well as a fire pit and grill. I recommend using the back porch area to look at the stars and enjoy a quiet evening of relaxation.I was also surprised there are a few pads with hook ups - electric & water, not sewer nearby, so this would be a great option if you have a trailer or RV, but want to be land based.Owners communicated well and promptly. I will happily go back!

I booked this cabin for a week in my hometown. I came to celebrate the memory of my father with his birthday being that week. As a child we fished all along the sequatchie river. I spent that day at Ketners mill reminiscing of those days. As I sat there a bald eagle flew above the water up in a tree above us. This cabin gave me more than just accommodations. It gave me something money can’t buy. Peaceful memories of my dad. From enjoying the beautiful scenery to sitting on the porch listening to cicadas and frogs. I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a peaceful time enjoying the quiet and beautiful scenery this is it hands down.

After an emergency ended our camping plans, this VRBO was a supreme alternative. The host was highly communicative and accommodating. We brought our 70 lb dog and 19 month-old boy, both of which loved being able to explore the farm and mill. Upon booking, we weren’t even aware that we’d have access to the farm and mill, so we were pleasantly surprised. We would happily return again.
