Easy walk to stadium(s). Dozens of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Several right in Harbor Steps complex.
DATES BOOKED? We have NE 1601 and 2201 EXACTLY like this one, but 1 & 7 floors higher (AND EVEN BETTER WATER VIEWS!). VRBO 671381 & 819815. Also, 4 more large units with city views. VRBO 403924, 464379, 437728 and 445484.
We also have four other 2-bedrooms at Harbor Steps (VRBO 437728, 464379, 443070, 678175). Also two 1-bedrooms with water views (VRBO 403861, 499060) at Harbor Steps. Please inquire.

This 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath apartment (sleeping 6-8, but 6 adults max) will be your home sweet home-base during your stay. Whether in Seattle on business, to sight-see, or visiting family or friends, you will LOVE this apartment, the building amenities, and the location of Harbor Steps. Truly, nothing compares.
~~ About the Apartment ~~
Up the elevator to the 15th floor, a few shorts steps, and walk in to your Seattle abode and relax. Everything you need is here to enjoy your stay in almost 1400 square feet. Of course, free wifi is included!
Living Room ~ The living room features a sofa and love seat, and is tastefully decorated in neutral shades of tan and lovely aquas and teals (w/ punches of red/orange shades!). The open floor plan and high ceilings make it feel even more spacious. You won't miss the tremendous water views from the dining area, balcony, living room, and master bedroom. There is a flat screen TV if you want to stay in for a night. Plenty of room for our queen sized Aerobed if you need extra sleeping space (no sleeper sofa).
Kitchen ~ Right off the living room is the kitchen, giving it the great room feel. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a breakfast bar with stools. The clean white cabinets are set off by the gray quartz counter tops. The stainless appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven/stove.
Dining ~ Strategically placed by the windows to take in the amazing views, relax at our table (seating four) with your morning coffee or enjoy any meal while gazing at the gorgeous view of Puget Sound's Elliott Bay, the Seattle Great Wheel, ferries, and the Olympic Mountains.
Balcony ~ The balcony is just off the living area, and looks over the NW tower (15 stories up) to Puget Sound's beautiful Elliott Bay. There are chairs and a small table out there for hanging out with family and friends. The views are great and you are right in the city!
Primary Bedroom & Bath ~ The primary bedroom is large enough for a comfortable king-sized bed, you will love the private bedroom. A dresser for all your things, not to mention closet space. Aqua, tan, white luxurious bedding only adds to the beautiful contemporary decor in this room. And don't forget the flat screen TV. Past the closet, you'll find your private bath, complete with tub/shower and plenty of counter and cabinet space. It is also remodeled with gray quartz counter tops and includes towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer.
Second Bedroom ~ Opposite side of the unit from the master bedroom is the 2nd bedroom featuring another king bed, nightstands, large dresser and a good sized closet. The second full bath is just outside this bedroom.
Main Bathroom ~ Also spacious is the full bath with tub/shower, which is also remodeled with quartz counter tops. The blue/aqua tones are carried throughout the apartment, including the lovely bathroom. Plush towels and even soaps and shampoo are supplied as well as a hair dryer.
Third "Bedroom" or den ~ Not a true bedroom with a door, but an additional sleeping space outside the 2nd bedroom and bathroom (across from kitchen - see floor plan photo). We have a day bed with trundle, so 2 twin mattresses with bedding. There is a privacy curtain as well. Trundle bed mattress is a 8" memory foam mattress.

If you have a car, we offer discounted garage parking (book in advance). Parking garage is below Harbor Steps complex. There is not EV charging available in the garage, but several options are nearby. If you are flying in, save the money and don't bother renting a car! Everything you need is within walking distance or a short bus or taxi ride away. Take the Link Light Rail and get off 2 blocks from Harbor Steps at Symphony Station on 3rd Ave and Seneca ($3 one-way).
If early check-in isn't available, you can leave your things with the front desk (or after 11am check-out).

This is the perfect location for a real Seattle vacation. Its close to everything with easy access to all the fun venues in downtown Seattle.Great view!!
Perfect place for our siblings trip. The ability to take the elevator to the waterfront was especially nice as my sister has a hard time with steps. The apartment was quiet even though it is in the middle of everything. Beds were comfortable!
We love this condo!! This was our second time staying here. It’s perfect. The only thing that could be better are the beds, they are very uncomfortable

Perfect location if you don't have a car! We walked everywhere and that included to Pike's Market, the Space Needle, the Seattle Great Wheel area, the Underground Tour and all areas in between! We arrived by train that was delayed, but communication with Debra was great and check-in was quick! Everything was clean and rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable for everyone in our group. Would definitely come back and stay here again to try and catch a view of "the mountain"!
Even though we provided our arrival time, no one was there to check us in. The concierge did not show up for work that day. Fortunately there was a security guard on duty. After almost an hour he managed a work around and came up with a key card so we could get into the place. The view and location was great.

That was a very unfortunate situation with the concierge not there. I had no idea about it until after it was over. I only wish they would have called me since since I could have buzzed them into their tower so easily. That is the first time that we know of where a concierge did not show up for work. We are very surprised to get this review about hair in the bathrooms. Our housekeeping team usually does a stellar job and you'll see throughout our reviews (at all our Harbor Steps units) that guests compliment us all the time about how clean the units are. We'll mention it to housekeeping still.
As far as outlets, I wish they would have reached out to me because all the outlets do work. Some are switched outlets (meaning the wall switch needs to be on). Outstanding clean, spacious, beautiful views centrally located place to stay in Seattle. Well stocked with everything you need including really comfortable beds and couches. Debra from picture properties was awesome to work with. We will definitely be back.
We had a fantastic stay in Seattle! The view from the property was absolutely beautiful and made every morning and evening special. The location truly couldn’t be better — we were able to walk everywhere, from restaurants and shops to major attractions, which made the trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for exploring the city and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Location is fabulous and very quiet if windows are closed. Host was very responsive. The parking/check in process is time consuming and not easy to navigate particularly if you are older or have any kind of mobility issues. Parking structure clearance is 6’4”. Therefore if you have a SUV with a cargo top on the roof, more than likely you wont be able to park in the parking offered. The picture made it seem like the 3rd bed was a room but it wasn’t. If the trundle bed was needed, there would have been no way to access the bathroom. Would have appreciated more plates and utensils. Didn’t like the fact that only 2 windows out of 6 windows opened. This would have been a problem if it was warm. The “patio” literally only fit 2 chairs barely. The bathtub not attached to the master bedroom, didn’t look very clean and was slanted.

We had a lot of issues upon arrival because this guest did not read our extremely detailed arrival info. The garage clearance is 6'5" (not 6'4"). We let our guests know in multiple places about the garage clearance height. The other items she seemed surprised about are also either pictured, or in the rental agreement, our listing, or arrival info (or all four places). Our guests even have to initial that the 3rd sleeping area is a space with a daybed and privacy curtain on our rental agreement. You can access the bathroom with the trundle bed out, it's just a little tight (and they said they didn't use the trundle bed). We have plenty of dishes and utensils for 8 guests, and this group was half that. Again, it was a rough start since the info wasn't read, so sounds like they couldn't turn it around. Of course, please do read our many, many 5-star reviews with people complimenting our very detailed arrival info. These are just not comments we normally get. Loved the size of the unit, as it was much bigger than we thought it would be. The view is spectacular. The location is perfect. We felt very safe walking everywhere, and loved being so close to Pike Place Market and the gorgheous waterfront park.
