Villa Trobadors - with private swimming pool

Spacious and comfortable villa in El Arenal, located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from the liveliest leisure area of El Arenal. Nearby you’ll find beaches, the seafront promenade, restaurants, bars and everything you need to enjoy the atmosphere without giving up peace and quiet.



Outside, the villa offers a large swimming pool with garden, sun loungers to relax in the sun, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying time together.



Inside, the house features a large and bright living room with fireplace and a comfortable seating area to relax, watch TV or read. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area and is perfect for longer stays.



The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. If you are travelling with bicycles, the property also offers a fully equipped mechanical workshop for bike maintenance and tuning.

All reservations include free water consumption, €50 of electricity consumption per booking and, during the winter season and if the property is equipped with it, €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by guests. Additional consumption is charged at €0.35/kWh.



The house has air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom. Fans will be provided for bedrooms without air conditioning. The property also has heating.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years old are exempt.



Bed linen, one set of bath towels and beach towels per guest are provided.



Please note that this villa is located in a residential area and guests are required to respect the neighbours’ rest. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.

Amazing villa

The villa itself is amazing. Perfect rooms, nice kitchen, great living room and a beatiful garden with pool. The only unfortunate thing was the neighbours. We knew in advance that they would be very strict on any sound we would make, but we never imagined we couldnt even make loud noises during the day when we were laying at the swimming pool. But nevertheless it didn't impair our stay that much, so I would defintely recommend this villa. -

Disappointed with the stay at this Vrbo. There was only AC in the living room and one of the bedrooms and the AC barely made a difference. All other rooms were very hot. The house smelled like sweat and there were ants in many of the rooms. The “pool guy” showed up without any warning on our first morning there and just walked straight into the house, making everyone uncomfortable. The beds weren’t very comfortable either.At the end of the day, it was a place to stay and it kept us out of the house doing stuff.Definitely would not stay again.

A good vacation, but...

The villa and the pool was good, and the location just 100m from the beach was perfect. Unfortunately the aircondition was very under dimensioned. The description said aircondition, but there was only aircon in the sitting room and in the master bedroom. The price for this villa was so high, that we expected aircon in all 6 bedrooms, compared to other villas we have rented. The result was, that people on first floor had to move their madresses down to the sitting room, to be able to sleep, and we opened all doors on ground floor using 5 fans to blow cold air into the 3 bedrooms. Gute Anordnungen der Räume für eine große Familie. Großes Ess-/ Wohnzimmer für gemeinsamen Aufenthalt. Terrasse und Pool gut zu nutzen. Matratzen leider etwas durchgelegen.

The villa itself is pretty nice

The villa itself is pretty nice. My main issues were that the rooms are not well ventilated. The listing claims the place is air conditioned but in reality this only applies to the living room and one of the bedrooms. The rest have very weak fans that make little difference and 3 bedrooms on ground floor have a damp smell. Other than that the villa itself is pretty good a little smaller than the photos show but very convenient for the beach and centre of arenal. Portic themselves were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very easy. Great for travelling as a group and would be even better if they can fix those ventilation issues. -
