Description of Home:
Contemporary waterfront estate on over 2.5 private acres and over 260 feet of shoreline is situated on a protected cove with long lake views of the Sandwich mountain range. This unique location allows for world class boating and sailing on over 72 square miles of water with direct access to area towns for dining and shopping. It is rare to find water this clear and this deep off your own beach and 2-boat docking system which is great for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.

The home and carriage house are over 10,000 square feet so there is plenty of space for multiple families.

The home is meticulous throughout where you will find warm and inviting living spaces with four gas fireplaces from the great room, four master bedroom suites and the recreation room. A sophisticated kitchen equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, soapstone and granite surfaces is open to the dining room and living room overlooking the lake. The lakeside screened porch showcases dramatic mountain views and functions as an outdoor dining room featuring a built-in grilling station.

135 inch projector screen in the game room allows for large group to enjoy a fun movie night after a long day of skiing, swimming, kayaking, etc.

Amazing all year round!
In the summer, enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, tubing, etc. on the lake. Shop and eat at Meredith Center.

In the winter, enjoy skiing at Gunstock (only 25 minutes away), ice skating on the lake, sitting by the fire, ice fishing, or bring your snowmobiles and snowmobile right onto the lake to amazing snowmobile trails. Shop and eat at Meredith Center.

In the fall, enjoy breathtaking fall foliage views from the house or a fall foliage ride on the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad.

Must be at least 25 to rent. No parties. No events. No pets.

This house allowed 20 of our family to gather together. We all had so many activities to do right at the property. We brought 2 boats and a jet ski and pickleball with a chalk court. The Paddleboard and kayaks gave everyone time on the water. We cooked in every night and had plenty of room. With 4 refrigerators there was no problem storing food. Fresh produce/veggies were only 3.4 miles away.

Spectacular in every way. Location is perfect in a quiet cove. amenities are top notch and rare to find all at one home - huge hot tub, huge fire pit, housewide sound system, amazing backyard, basketball court, space for pickleball on the driveway, hige lawn, great boathouse and dock, and ALL the water and lawn toys you could hope for. Every controllable aspect of the home was incredibly well done. Note to boaters - the lake is 18" low this season and so docking requires knowledge of the local under water boulders and good boating skill to protect the props. An awesome house and awesome hosts.

The Birches

Superb property. Owners have thought of everything. I can't think of a thing I would say to improve it. Owners were great to work with and have really detailed everything you need to know to get the best use of the property. Already scheduled to rent again. Perfect!!!

Paradise by the Lake!

I would need more characters than are allowed in this space to describe just how amazingly perfect this home is, but rest assured if you are looking for the finest that the Lake Winnipesaukee area has to offer, in location, in space, or in sheer grandeur, look no further than The Birches. I can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you again to Mark and Gosia for their graciousness and communication, both top notch. We hope to make visiting The Birches a tradition in the years to come.

Simply Paradise!

This was our 3rd year of our Family vacationing in NH and this property was by far the best! The onsite boat ramp made launching our jetskis seamless, but the pictures do not do the property justice, from the outdoor grill area to the huge firepit, to the hot tub, you will not be disappointed. I wish we could have stayed for 2 weeks! Everything you need is at this property. Gosia & Mark were always a text away if we needed anything. We will be returning next year for sure. Thank you again :)

Fabulous Vacation Home

This home was where our family's annual trip to Lake W in 2020 and it, and the ownership, was fabulous. We've been renting vacation homes on Lake W for a decade now but this home took the cake. It's location was delightful, being situated in a secluded cove and offers serene lake and mountain views. The home itself is comfortable, nicely appointed and was large enough to host all of our family & guests (10 adults + 8 kids for some of the stay). The ownership is incredibly helpful, pleasant and responsive and it's apparent they wanted to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We are hopeful to stay at this home again in the near future!

Heaven on Earth!

Our weeklong stay here was one of the best experiences we've ever enjoyed as a family. It was magical! The beauty, class, and care Gosia and Mark have put into this immaculate, stunning home and landscaping - along with ALL the incredible amenities - makes for the most perfect stay for a family our size - and with so many different personalities. The pictures don't do it justice. Owners' communication and resolve were excellent. We have zero complaints and would stay here every year if we could. Thank you Mark & Gosia for creating such a masterpiece on the lake for this much-needed memory-maker for our family. Worth every penny!

Spacious House on the Lake

The house is large enough for an extended party. It is located on a quiet cove of Lake Winnipesaukee. Kayaks are available free from the owners, and you can also rent a boat nearby and dock at the house. There are lots of fantastic hiking trails in the nearby White Mountains. The house is only about 4 miles from Meredith and its stores and restaurants. We did work and online school from the house and had no problems with the WiFi. We also did a lot of cooking taking advantage of 3 fridges, a large kitchen on the main level, and a grill in a covered screen porch. The main kitchen has a built-in coffee machine which makes excellent espresso at a touch of a button.

Best best A ++ property- superb in every way!

We were 2 sets of grandparents, two couples in their 30’s , two toddlers and an infant. I felt so lucky to find this listing. It’s just the most incredible place, with more extras than you can imagine. The outdoor space is gorgeous - decks and a dock, multiple lake view spots with comfy chairs. You never need to leave the house, there is so much to do. Water sports, basketball, a little beach, fire pit - it’s perfection. And inside - more perfection. A dream kitchen with every possible kind of cooking equipment. Many bedrooms with king beds, which is so unusual but much appreciated. The house is immaculate. The hosts are terrific - send a text or email and they respond immediately. I could go on and on - we all thought it was a dream property and can’t wait to return.

The Birches and hosts were amazing!

Our family had an awesome week at the Birches. Mark and Gosia were amazing hosts. Check in and out were a breeze. The few very minor issues we had during our visit were addressed very quickly and completely. They were very responsive, considerate and friendly. We would rent from them again and definitely go back to the Birches! Your home is incredible! It was so well appointed! The furnishings were beautiful, very well kept. It had everything we needed and MORE! We are accustomed to renting big houses on the beach in Corolla, NC and they only provide minimal supplies like the towels and bedding. But the Birches had everything for us including paper products, soap, garbage bags and even a full cabinet of spices. The espresso machine was an amazing surprise. We used both outdoor kitchens and they had EVERYTHING! Sinks with soap, refrigerators and cabinets full of supplies. We had everything we needed while cooking outdoors. This was our first time to Lake Winnipesauke and we loved it! Advent Cove was such a nice, quiet part of the lake. We kayaked, fished, and paddle boarded every day. Thank you for providing that equipment for us to use. Your dock was a very popular spot for our family. That campfire area is great too! Big enough for our whole family. We had a campfire and made s’mores almost every night. Mark and Gosia go above and beyond as one of the best hosts we have ever rented from with their beautiful home, the Birches. Thanks again for an amazing vacation.

Yearly Family Get together

Another wonderful week spent at this luxury home. Words can’t describe how amazing it is. Mark and Gosia are just so wonderful to work with. They have put so many updates into this home, the fire pit, jacuzzi, beach and outdoor kitchen, to mention a few, it is like a resort. We even used the smoker to make pulled pork, came out amazing! This is our 4th year at this property and we are going back again next year, we just can’t wait!!

Magnificent Family Get-Together !

We are trying hard to find the superlatives to describe this wonderful property on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. Our hosts, Gosia and Mark, are wonderful people who delivered on everything that was promised, and more. The house, grounds and amenities were modern and immaculate ! We chose this property as the setting for a week-long family get-together to help us celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we could not have been happier with our stay. Our group ranged in age from 6 to over 70 and we all had so much fun. The memories that were made there will be cherished for years to come.

Another incredible stay!!

We stayed here for a second year in a row and once again the property did not disappoint. The updates they have made to the house both indoor and outdoor are breathtaking. The upgraded landscape, dock, jacuzzi, fire pit and soon to be complete outdoor kitchen bring this property to another level. Gosia is a fantastic host and was responsive whenever needed. It’s an absolute must stay!! We will be back!

Luxury accommodations with stunning views!

We feel very fortunate to have discovered this gorgeous home for our son’s wedding weekend. Not only is it meticulously maintained, the decor is carefully curated to compliment the serene vista! It was extremely relaxing in the midst of busy wedding activities. The cleanliness of the property enabled our family to enjoy a safe environment despite this ongoing pandemic . Our entire family enjoyed private suites, reading and chatting in the many sitting areas and covered porch along with kayaking, swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. There was plenty of space to enjoy breakfast and the multiple kitchens would be so appreciated by larger groups who might require their own cooking space. The kitchens and barbecue areas are a chef’s dream. Everything is provided and I do mean everything! Our hostess Gosia has excellent follow through and responds quickly to all inquiries. Both check-in and check-out were seamless. We would love to stay here again! It is just perfect! Thank you Gosia!
