The apartment is on the ground floor of an end of terrace Victorian house converted into 6 apartments. Apartment 2 has it's own designated parking space on site and separate entrance. The front door enters into the fitted, equipped kitchen that leads through to the open plan lounge and conservatory. It has 1 double bedroom, a separate bathroom with over shower, basin and toilet and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with small basin and toilet. Outside there is a private terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and space for bikes, surfboards etc. and a second entrance into the apartment into the conservatory.
It is in a quiet location yet within easy access of the beaches, shops and restaurants of St. Ives only 5 minutes walk away.
Facilities include: free ultrafast broadband / WiFi, large flat screen digital TV with free view channels, DVD player, gas central heating / instant hot water, heated towel rails, duvets, bed linen and towels supplied, washer/dryer, electric fan oven, gas hob with extractor, microwave, fridge with very small freezer compartment, dishwasher, double glazed throughout.

Second time we have stayed. Everything was in order. Very comfortable. Perfect location. Nothing to fault. 5 mins to beach/5 mins to train/4 mins to shops.
Loved this property lovely and spacious and including oarking as well is rare for st ives. We will be back next year thank you to our hosts for ease of booking and lovely welcome pack. It was a great trip.

Great place to stay in St Ives....easy access, the great advantage of a parking space and still only 5 minutes walk down to Porthminster Beach and similar distance into town. We'll be back!
Cannot fault this apartment, spotlessly clean,comfortable beds,spacious, everything you need for your stay , reasonably priced, be prepared for walking uphill but then again it's all hilly ,we were all very pleased and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and holiday

Perfect location for ease of getting in and out of the St Ives area by car, with a parking space on you door step is a real bonus in St Ives. Property was very clean and spacious with a nice welcome pack. For a winter break the property had excellent heating, TV and power showers! Some items and finishes in the property were a little basic but did not spoil the stay.
Lovely apartment with outside seating area. Everything you need for a holiday and having parking was great. We couldn't find the correct key safe when we first arrived as we didn't realise it was further down the side of the building, luckily the flat above saw us and showed us where it was. Nice walk to beaches and centre of St Ives.
The property was in a good location very clean and tidy with nice parking space. The only thing is that there is a leak in the conservatory it was not a problem for me but will need addressing as it is causing a lot of damage to this lovely property. Look forward to staying there again
The property was excellent. Everything you could possibly want was provided, including a lovely welcome pack.
The accommodation was, as mentioned, very bright and spacious. We picked a bad week weatherwise, (October Storm Babet), so the central heating was a blessing.
All in all we had a great stay and would certainly recommend it.

My husband and I live in Bristol, UK and regularly visit Cornwall. We like to stay in self catering accommodation for our main family holidays and have set up our apartment to be a good base for those who love Cornwall too.
Why they chose this property
St Ives is a super place with lovely beaches, the historic harbour and fantastic restaurants. It is wonderful to wander around the old town exploring the little shops and watching artists at work. For the more active there is surfing on Porthmoer beach, golf courses and the coastal paths. It's also a good base for visiting many of the tourist sites of Cornwall. It has something for every age group at all times of the year.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is very convenient, close to the centre of St Ives (5 minutes walk to Porthminster beach, 5 mins to nearest supermarket and 10 minutes to the harbour and centre of town), yet in a quiet location with it's own parking space allowing easy access. It has a conservatory open plan to the living room which creates a light living space. It has its own entrance opening directly to the outside with space to store beach gear, bikes, kayaks and surfboards (bring your own security locks etc.). The 2 bathrooms are very convenient for when 4 people are staying. The outside patio area is a sunny, secluded place to sit and eat and drink at anytime of the day.
