The property has a large exterior of 7000 m² and a fantastic view of the garden and the town of Romanyà, has 5 bedrooms (a suite with a double bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed) 3 bathrooms with shower (1 in the suite), 1 toilet and a wide list of additional services and amenities:
- Fully equipped independent kitchen
- Table and chairs located outside
- Large parking area
- Outdoor barbecue
- Area with basketball hoop

Bed linen and bathroom towels are included.

Very nice and pleasantly secluded
We were very pleased with the location and had deliberately chosen it. The cleanliness was basically fine, only the dishes, the dishwasher and the washing machine were only useable after thorough cleaning Boy ourself.
The large garden was wonderful and our start to the day every day.
We were very satisfied and would like to come back.

A very nice and quiet place. The house is very big and the garden around it is huge. Includes tennis court. You really need a car to get around. 20 min drive to the beach and nice restaurants and places all around. We had a perfect holiday.

Ante todos muchas gracias por esta semana que hemos pasado en su casa. Sí que me gustaría hacer...
Ante todos muchas gracias por esta semana que hemos pasado en su casa. Sí que me gustaría hacer varios apuntes, no a modo de crítica, pero si a modo de posibles mejoras para un futuro. La casa es magnífica, pero necesita mucho mantenimiento en la parte exterior. El jardín está bastante descuidado y creemos que tiene un potencial increíble. Lógicamente una piscina sería algo perfecto para esta casa. Hemos encontrado a faltar un botiquín con lo básico, alcohol, agua oxigenada, venda o tiritas. Unas tijeras de cocina, jabón de manos para los baños, y algún producto básico de limpieza. Pese a tener un problema con el friegaplatos lo solucionaron súper rápido. Una pequeña molestia han sido las hormigas,una infestacion de hormigas que se metían incluso dentro del friegaplatos cerrado. Entendemos que estamos en medio de la naturaleza y hay cosas difíci
