Great location just a street from Piazza Navona. Great central location - very walkable to all of the major sights and great restaurants and coffee shops to try within a few blocks. Would highly recommend this stay option for any family of 4-6 people
Great location although you may want earplugs as you are located on a busy street with restaurants right next to the square, but tons of amenities and easy access to everything.
The people I worked with and the host were excellent. The location couldn't be better. The ammenities were fine. The only problem was the noise. It went all night.
The location is ideal and very central. BUT ... because of that, be warned that there is lots of noise from the street at night of people eating and drinking as the bars' doors are all open and there's outdoor dining along the entire street. Bring earplugs as two of the bedrooms are along the street and the noise goes until at least 2:00 am and then the cleanup of bottles and meandering people continues for a bit. The windows are modern, but do not block the noise.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that the apartment is located in the historic center of Rome, an area known for its vibrant atmosphere, restaurants, and nightlife. Since your stay took place during the Christmas holidays, it is normal for bars and restaurants to remain open later than usual and for there to be celebrations in the streets. This lively environment is part of the charm of staying in such a central and historic location, especially during festive periods.
Great place with peace and quiet. Location near good restaurants (squigly) for breakfast and homemade gelato. Also close to bus stop and right behind vatican city. Highly recommend this place.
Had a wonderful stay in March for 5 nights. Great communication with the property manager from booking all the way until he met us at property for check in. Recommendations were given for food, sites, grocery, anything we needed. The Property has everything you need for daily comforts (by my basic American standards) especially having BOTH a washer and dryer with our two teenagers along for 5 nights. We went to Carrefour grocery and stocked up kitchen right away including paper towels, snacks, drinks and that made it more comfortable, saved money on outings daily with kids who are randomly starving at all hours of the day. Having 3 bedrooms meant privacy for all. Remember the power grid in Rome is not America- be mindful you can only run one appliance at a time or YES you’ll blow a fuse and have to reset it, but it’s very simple to do (we made that mistake once by running cooktop range and dryer at the same time.) You just flip the switch in the hallway and it’s reset instantly. Also, water heater is a bit small so we learned to space out our shower timing to avoid animosity over cold showers, haha. And the location alone makes this a 5 star property… it is CHEFS KISS. It is perfect. Safe, charming, yes a bit loud, but that’s part of the vibe. Walkable to every single site we saw in Rome, literally. Never used public transportation, except taxi from the airport and to train station. The restaurant downstairs was cute, good food, the owner was lovely. Grazie Mille!
The place was centrally located which was great and easy to get to popular sites. Plus a pharmacy and grocery store were very close. The only problem is the noise with being centrally located. One room was right above the street and the night life was very loud nightly and hard to sleep, then early morning was woke up to glass being picked up by the garbage company. The rooms were nice and the place was clean, bathroom is huge with washer and dryer.
This was a wonderful property. Location was great, can easily walk to attractions and restaurants. It was very clean and host was quick to reply. Checkin was easy and they were there waiting with the keys. Since the location is central it was noisy at night.

This was not the site we stayed at....the day before we arrived the apartment was changed due to power outage issues. Despite this the 'new' apartment was quite nice and closer to Vatican city which is a place we wanted to visit anyway. It was quiet, clean and nicely outfitted. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The rental team was great to deal with, good communication and information about the stay was provided.
My family and I stayed during our visit to Rome and were very happy with Danielle’s apartment. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, good facilities, and a great location. I would recommend staying here if you want to be centrally located to the major sites and in the middle of great eating and night life.
This property was walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, shopping and more! It was easy to find and had all the listed amenities. It is above a restaurant so some noise can be heard from there but it didn’t bother us. There are also 3 bedrooms to choose from if you don’t like the noise level in one.
Great location - can walk to all the main attractions; flawless, friendly and organized check-in process. Comfortable accommodation. Highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.
Great experience and staff. Loud live music in bars below until 2am.
