Only a five minute walk to the heart of the Village, Cotswold Motor Museum, Birdland, the fascinating dragonfly maze and other attractions and eateries. A deceptively spacious cottage with conservatory.. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, Ipod Dock, CD Player, Record Player
Kitchen: Electric Range, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Bidet, Toilet
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed. Gas central heating and electricity (£35 per week November-March payable to owner), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100 payble to, and returned by, owner. Up to two small dogs only, or one medium dog at charge of £50 per pet, payable to owner before arrival. Sorry, no dogs under 6 months old and the cottage is not suitable for children under 4 years old.. This attractive holiday cottage is deceptively spacious inside, having the benefit of an additional conservatory/sitting room which overlooks the courtyard garden. Bourton-on-the-Water is known as the ’Venice of the Cotswolds’ because the River Windrush runs through its length. There are also plenty of cycle/walking routes within the Cotswolds. Tourist attractions include the Model Village, Cotswold Motor Museum, Birdland, the Model Railway and fascinating dragonfly maze. There is additional parking to the rear of the property if more than 1 car and there is direct access from the garden to open fields, perfect for those who love walking. Visit Britain Gold Award 2009/2010. Shops 150 yards, pub 10 yards. Please note: There are some fairly steep and narrow stairs to the top floor at the property.
