Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Enclosed courtyard garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps to the patio. This property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.. Glorious uninterrupted sea views can be enjoyed from this delightful romantic retreat on the edge of a small mixed livestock farm. This spacious, single-storey barn conversion cleverly mixes olde worlde charm with modern living. Near Hartland, it is ideal to explore this AONB; perfect for walkers and bird watchers with delightful beaches close by. North of Hartland Point is picture-postcard Clovelly. Cycling, riding, surfing, sailing and fishing available locally. Shops and six pubs within 5 miles.

This was a simply beautiful cottage.

This was a simply beautiful cottage. Very clean and lots of space. It's set in a beautiful location - the only reason I didn't give it a 10 was that it was a bit of a walk to the coast line (which was simply stunning once you got there). Miles of beautiful walks. Local amenities means hopping in the car and if you don't mind that then you will be fine. I'd highly recommend and the owners are very warm hospitable people too.

Fantastic holiday - superb cottage. For us, the fact that there are no amenities locally is in its favour for us - we love being away from everything and it's why we picked it. The farmhouse is next door and the owners are lovely but not intrusive at all. Have been a number of times and already looking forward to the next holiday there
