This absolute beach front property is located at pristine Island Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Kangaroo Island. Relax in the deck chairs on the huge balcony and enjoy the magnificent views of the beach and the blue sea. Use the outside table and chairs and the big gas BBQ for outside entertainment.

Tranquility and Nature

In this wonderfully located house, no noise will disturb you whilst you look into the eternity of millions of stars. Listen to the gentle steady pounding of the waves. Awake, being welcome by sun and the blue see. Wallabies might greet you in the morning. Look at boats and sailing ships, watch the majestic pelicans or enjoy nature walking along the white beach.
