The unit was clean and has a spectacular view! This was perfect for our needs and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. The balcony furniture was rusted and in need of being replaced. Also the primary shower leaked all over the floor when used. Just small things. Other than that everything was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

The condo's location was good. We loved being able to look out and see the ocean. The layout was cute. We liked having two bathrooms. However, the main issues were that some things weren't working. The king bed in the master bedroom was broken, and we had to sleep a certain way, or we were worried the whole bed would collapse. The mattresses on all the beds were terrible. The patio furniture was mostly broken; out of all the chairs in the picture, only 2 chairs were operational. The most disappointing thing was that the pool is NOT heated; the pool was actually colder than the ocean. We rented this condo specifically because it was falsely advertised as having a heated pool. I repeat the pool is NOT heated. Overall i would not come back to this condo.

Beautiful views of the Gulf and Apartment was beautiful and well kept. Any questions I asked the office was answered in very good time. I would certainly recommend this condo and would come back again.

Beach staycation

We wanted to treat out of town guests to some amazing views of beautiful Madeira beach. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony, and easy access to the beach and pool! The place was beautiful and comfortable for ourselves and out of town guests.
