Alchemy Blue has direct beach access and 180 degree views from American River to Rocky Point and beyond.

Reading, soaking up the pristine clear air whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the sun deck are but some of the pleasures the house offers. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise while dolphin spotting and around sunset interact with the wallabies and local wildlife exploring the dunes around you.

At night the clear skies light up with truly brilliant stars.

Swimming, fishing, bird-watching, walking or just relaxing on the soft white sand is what Island Beach has to offer.

Beach access for boat launching is only 500 metres away

LIVING AREAS

Open plan living, dining and kitchen areas opening to the sheltered north facing deck, provide for a relaxed lifestyle. Listen to your favourite music on the CD player, relax with a DVD or watch the flat screen TV.

A modern fully equipped kitchen is complete with Nespresso coffee machine, coffee plunger, dishwasher, microwave ceramic cook top with separate oven and stainless steel range hood.

Living areas are airconditioned. Additionally a slow burning combustion heater keeps the house cosy and warm in winter, with ceiling fans complementing the afternoon sea breezes to cool the house in summer.

THE BEDROOMS

Alchemy Blue has three bedrooms sleeping 6 people. Comfy doonas and pillows are provided. Fine quality linen is also be supplied.

The Master Bedroom features magnificent sea views with a queen sized bed complete with electric blanket and en-suite bathroom.

The second Bedroom with seaviews and also overlooking a private garden deck surrounded by natural scrub landscape, also contains a queen-sized bed complete with electric blanket.

The third bedroom has two single beds.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

A main bathroom is equipped with separate shower, bath tub, hair dryer laundry facilities complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The WC is also separate.

Children’s gear includes port-o-cot, high chair, change pad and IKEA table and chairs for playtime.

OUTSIDE

The large north facing balcony deck overlooking the sea is equipped with an hooded barbeque, outdoor tables, chairs and beach umbrellas.
A sheltered garden deck set in the private natural woodland garden provides further options for outdoor living.

Resident wallabies, kangaroos and goannas are daily visitors around the house with pelicans, molly hawks, terns, gulls and oystercatchers occupying the beach. A wider diversity of sea birds occupy American River and nearby Pelican Lagoon.
