Newly fully renovated modern family home with a large fully fenced section.

Sliding doors open from the lounge onto a great outdoor patio with BBQ, outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and hammock.
*Photos of patio to come, as currently getting redone*

Lovely tropical gardens with citrus trees and vege gardens.

Everything you would need in a kitchen is supplied.

Also available:
Wifi. Smart TV. Heat pump. Fans. Washing machine.

Ample parking with internal access garage.

The house is located down a quiet cul de sac and is only a 5 minute walk to Papamoa Beach.

15-20 walk or less than a 5 minute drive to the Papamoa Plaza and Fashion Island where you’ll find cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, retail shops, and everything else you might need.

Close to bus routes.

The property has 3 bedrooms:
* Master bedroom: King bed
* 2nd bedroom: Queen bed
* 3rd bedroom: Currently has a cot in it, but this can be removed and a Queen bed added.

Towels are NOT provided.
