We had and amazing trip! The house was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of wild life in the area. We saw Momma and baby moose in the back yard!
This was a great location for exploring RMNP and Grand Lake. The house was very comfortable and the back deck was our favorite part! Quiet neighborhood and a mother and baby moose visited. Highly recommend

Great property/location
Our stay at this property was great, super close to main st restaurants and lake, lots of wildlife seen from property. 2 large decks, we spent most of our time on back deck with fireplace burning, hot tub was perfect in the evenings. Spacious home, very clean. We can't wait to go back.
We had a lovely stay in this wonderful house near Grand Lake, CO. Excellent hot tub, outdoor covered porch with fireplace, and a front deck with chairs. We loved the mountain air and wildlife. The host was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely look forward to returning.
The cabin was awesome, we spent the most time out on both decks, the deck fireplace was awesome we sat out there everynight with a fire. Lots of wildlife to see from the property. We cooked all of our meals and used the BBQ, the whole house is very well stocked it exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to go back.
This was the perfect cabin for our spring break trip. Clean and plenty of room for our family. Well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after a day in the snow. Great location for all the winter activities and easy access to RMNP.
The cabin was all that we were looking for. Our boys used the back deck fireplace and hot tub every evening.

Great Location
The location of this property is amazing. We saw a lot of moose and it is a very short drive into town. The house was the perfect size and had all the amenities needed. The back porch and fire place are amazing and cozy. Over all it was fine and we were all comfortable. The community was very quiet and it was lovely to walk around the lake.
We’ve been staying in Grand Lake for over 11 years and this was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed at. Communication with the owner was great. All supplies that we needed were available. Location was great and close to the park. Kids loved their bunk room. Moose and her calf came and visited the front yard.
The cabin was excellent, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen was a little small but the appliances were nice and well picked for the confines that didn't produce any issues. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated with very comfy beds and the kids loved the bunk beds in their room along with the TV allowing them a place to unwind after a long day.Outdoor fireplace was one of our favorite places to end the day and relax and warm up.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!
This property was one of the very best we have ever stayed in! The host was more than accommodating and the cabin was well stocked with everything we could need or want: an amazing covered back porch with a built in fireplace and cozy seating area, hot tub, toiletries, spices, paper goods, firewood, small appliances, utensils, games, WiFi, streaming services, you name it! It is located in a quiet, private community with a beautiful lake and is minutes away from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and Great Lake. We had the most wonderful time and would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.
Came for husband’s 40th birthday. It was great for hanging with family and friends. The deck is really relaxing and great for socializing. Property manager was very proactive. The house had all the necessities for a good time. Kitchen supplies were even great!

Least Favorite VRBO Stay Ever
The back deck was the best feature otherwise not appealing.
Carpet needs cleaning and needs a thorough sweeping.
Closets/ shelves and bedroom dressers filled with disgusting extra pillows and bedspreads. Master bedroom had no mattress pad and comforter cover was dirty and wasn't right size for comforter. Refrigerator filled with half used and old salad dressings, ketchup, mustard and sauces. Hand soap containers at sinks were empty and thrown under the sinks. Dish scrubber was old and dirty. Lots of furniture needs dusting or wiping down--something sticky on master bed room dresser stuck to a leather wallet and was hard to remove.

Hi Linda, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We did a thorough cleaning of the property immediately after your stay including all of the furniture and carpets
- Due to this property being on a dirt road, it will occasionally have dust in some places at times
- We've received previous comments from guests that they appreciate having spices/condiments at the home when they are in a pinch
- We encourage guests to reach out to our guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay
- We hope our resolution helped to make things right and made up for any inconveniences
We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. We hope to host you again soon!

Cozy cottage!
We had an AMAZING stay in this cabin! Our family of four stayed for four nights and we loved it. The inside was clean and updated and the amenities made it so luxurious. Everything was well stocked (paper products and some spices in the kitchen) and we felt right at home!
We took advantage of the hot tub every evening and used the outdoor fireplace on a sunny morning while we ate breakfast outside. It was the perfect landing spot to spend a couple days driving and hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. We drove through the park and also spent some time in Estes Park but we were so glad we stayed near Grand Lake; much quieter and a quaint downtown.
We also saw a mama moose with a baby right outside the cabin one evening at dusk and watched them right from the deck! So much fun for the kids:) We cannot recommend this spot enough!
Our time at the cabin was absolutely wonderful. The cabin is cozy and well stocked with most anything you'd need/want. The back porch along is worth the booking. Simply a perfect space to hang out. Would definitely stay again.
Great location to town and to the park where we could catch dinner and take several hikes. Glad we stayed here instead of much busier towns. Steve was a great host!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The moose & deer sightings were incredible! House was perfect! Stocked better than any VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!
Love the beauty, privacy and convenience of the Columbine Lake neighborhood which is close to town and RMNP. Great for anyone with mobility issues--only a few steps to front floor and full bath/bedroom on main floor. Back deck and hot tub are fabulous! Kitchen extremely well stocked. 2 moose munching willows outside the front door this morning. Wow!
Cabin was great and as advertised. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great location in the Columbine Lake neighborhood. Check in, check out and communication with super easy, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
Really great cabin and location. National park begins in the back yard. The outdoor fireplace and hot tub were really fun! Beautiful little town with plenty of hiking and wildlife.
This was an amazing place for a quick weekend getaway with my dad and (adult) kids. We truly enjoyed our stay and the host was very quick to respond to questions. We’d love to go back!
