Gorgeous 4 bedroom house with plunge pool

Welcome to Lomani 3 located just on the edge of the CBD near the popular Bay Grocer. This just built, bright, light filled house with plunge pool & reverse cycle air conditioning has everything you need for your next holiday.

Only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town or 10 minute walk to main beach you can start your day with breakfast at one of the many restaurants or cafes after a refreshing dip in the ocean with the dolphins.

The first floor of this stunning house offers a large open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious comfortable lounge area and outdoor entertaining area with BBQ & plunge pool.

Upstairs are 4bedrooms the master with a queen size bed and ensuite, bedrooms 2 & 3 havequeen size beds and bedroom 4 has a day bed with a trundle & TV perfect to keep the kids entertained.

Lomani 3 can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 children.

This property will not disappoint.

Complimentary WIFI is available.

This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please don’t hesitate to contact our office .
You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics).

Walking Distance to Town

Great location, with a Woolworths and a Chemist 600m from our door, a highly recommended Byron Bahn Mi closeby and the Main Street and beach a walkable distance. A well appointed house with a comfy couch and an outside area that gets a delicious afternoon sun. Beds are firm though.

Amazing house, short walk to beach and Main Street.

Overall we loved the house. Very modern and spacious. The outdoor area was fantastic and very well equipped. Fantastic for a group of friends to get away and have everything needed. The only downside was it is listed as four bedrooms it the trundle bed has a terrible foam mattress that is not appropriate or comfortable for sleeping. The bed came without linen/towels.

Wonderful family getaway with perfect location and amenities

We recently enjoyed a wonderful family stay at this Byron Bay property, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable – just a 10-minute walk to both the town center and the beach. The added bonus of a refreshing pool made our stay even more memorable. The property was impeccably clean, living up to its description. The rooms were spacious, with the en-suite adding a touch of convenience. Additionally, the well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. Overall, the property offered a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing getaway in Byron Bay.

Amazing Bryon Bay

The only down fall is there was no dryer. The washing wouldn’t dry outside. All other properties we’ve stayed at have had a dryer. But other than that we loved our stay.

Great stay but missing touches

Overall a great stay. A beautiful spacious home, great location and cute decor. For us it was missing a few little touches that would have made it amazing such as sugar and other basic cooking items, washing powder (one sachet would have been fine) and bathroom essentials such as body wash, shampoo etc. Mattresses were very firm.

Byron Bay Getaway.

What a fabulous trip we had in Byron. The house was a beauty. Great size for five of us & only a short walk into town & the beach. The Real Estate were very friendly & accommodating. Only negative - would have liked more than one towel each for the five days & for the use of the plunge pool. We can’t wait to come back again!

An ok experience.

No hair dryer Owners car was left in garage so couldn’t use double garage. Not enough guest towels for amount of guests. Also old towels left behind at property. Watered down liquid detergent used in hand soap dispensers. No bed linen in 4th bedroom for trundle bed. No beach towels provided. The cleaning of property was not up to expected standard. Slightly underwhelmed given the price.

Thank you for your feedback – we do provide 3 carparking spaces with the property one in the garage and 2 outside so there is plenty of room for parking. There is fresh linens provided for the total number of guests and the trundle bed is usually made up for children upon request so thank you for bringing this to our attention we will certainly chat to the cleaner about the trundle beds not being made and not enough towels to accommodate your party. We do not advertise that beach towels are included we will take this feedback onboard for the future. We do our best to provide a clean, safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests and I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Nice house

The house overall was very good and comfortable. Nice layout and design of rooms. However the properties bins were not cleaned or looked at after previous guests as there was existing rubbish left and we found maggots.
