Meet the 'Galveston" Hawaiian Island inspired, Aloha House, freshly remodeled, beautifully decorated and located in the desirable Pirates' Beach neighborhood near the beach and an quick jaunt to Galveston's seaside activities!
The Space:
Enjoy a fun day in the sun and water at the easy peasy beach access nearby. Thereafter, need to relax at the end of a busy fun in the sun day? Head inside this stunning home to find beautiful high-end finishes and furnishings plus a fully stocked and well-appointed kitchen with ample cookware & utensils to prepare that favorite gourmet meal. Then, relax on the large sectional couch while you play your favorite record (yes, we did say record) or pick a movie to watch on the large flat-screen tv. It's all good - Mahalo!

Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.
The Neighborhood:
High-end neighborhood, Pirates' Beach is located about 10 minutes south of the heart Galveston offering a plethora of restaurants, grocery, and activities. Several beach access points right in the neighborhood and Mario"s Pizza across the street. Waterman's Restaurant & Marina is just 1.7 miles from home.

Come visit and enjoy ALL the outdoor adventures you could want! Watch dolphins, fish from the pier (or from one of our canal, bay or beachside rental homes), surf the waves, kayak, beach comb and soak up the sun and sea air. And after a day of activities, stop by one of the nearby popular hangouts - The West End Marina & Restaurants, The Waterman Seafood Grill and/or Nate"s for a fun atmosphere to enjoy snacks, cocktails or meal!

In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!

Bring Fido(s)! We welcome your furry friends (aka family members). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.
WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
