INTERNET & Outdoor Fire Modern Beach House near Beach Walkway with 4 bedrooms

***FREE ULTRA FAST FIBRE INTERNET*** LINEN INCLUDED FOR THE NEXT BOOKING I RECEIVE. Modern, sunny, warm 4 bedroom house close to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Work while away and let the family play! Fabulous outdoor space, outdoor fireplace, comfy seating, undercover outdoor dining table and chairs. Large outdoor space. Short walk to estuary swimming, or 20min walk to main beach. Boat ramp a couple of hundred meters away. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are in a newly renovated sleep out connected by the deck off the lounge/dining spaces with a storage room. This is very comfortable with new beds; the rooms are insulated each with a ranchslider to the outside. There is a small office with a single mattress. Gas fireplace in the lounge and outdoor fireplace to toast your marshmallows, or lounge by to enjoy the long summer evenings, or starry winter nights! There is a single mattress available and a double sofa bed in the lounge

Volleyball (or badminton) court, plenty of off street parking. Single level property recently refurbished with new kitchen and bathrooms etc.
We have recently set up our loved family bach for others to enjoy. If you love everything about it, tell others, if we can do better on anything, please contact us and we will do what we can to improve it.

Whilst we are mostly are able to provide linen if enough notice is given (this will incur an extra fee), Kiwi tradition asks people to please bring all your sheets, pillowcases, towels. Duvets and pillow suppled etc. If you require linen to be provided, please make a booking enquiry rather than a booking request, thank you!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put rubbish on wheelie bin and put out on the street when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
As with Kiwi Bach tradition, please bring your own linen. Linen may be able to be provided for an extra fee. We kindly request not to pick the fruit.
On leaving, put rubbish in the wheelie bin and recycling in an official yellow bag; please put both out on berm Sun night for an early Mon collection
We kindly request no cooking of highly aromatic foods inside the house as these may leave a smell. Extra charges will apply if this is not adhered to

Awesome family getaway location!

We had a superb time in Mangawhai for a family getaway! The property is located within walking distance of both the estuary and local cafes/shops! The house was lovey with the recent renovations and was great to stay in! It has the mod cons and also a very chilled vibe! it has a generous outdoor area and some outdoor undercover areas in case the weather turns wet. Linda was super friendly and helpful with our stay! Would definitely stay again!

A perfect stay

A wonderful property which did not disappoint. The kitchen has more utensils and crockery than our own at home! Big garden which meant we could play pétanque, etc as well as the kids playing a great deal of volleyball. Very close to the shops and estuary beach and a short drive to the surf beach. Fantastic!

Easter Getaway

We absolutely loved staying at this property, it was like home away from. The teenagers loved the volleyball court and the close proximity to the estuary. It was a short 5 minute walk to the shops & cafes. The house itself had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen with every utensil we needed to cook dinner. We absolutely loved the outdoor fire & had a fire every night which was great for toasting marshmallows. We will definitely be back as it’s a great bach for a family or a group of friends.

3 minute walk to safe swimming in the estuary or swim at the main surf beach. Short walk to the coffee shop, restaurants, bars, 4 square, stationery shop, booze shop and more - it's all a flat easy walk away. Or launch your boat at the boat ramp a couple of hundred meters away.
