Enjoy your vacation while living among the mansions on Tuckerman Ave. The large deck overlooks the acre of land for playing & enjoying while directly across from Purgatory Chasm. Second Beach is just steps from this home. Second Beach offers surfing & paddle board rentals. Walking distance to Easton’s Beach. After a day at the beach, sightseeing on the Cliff Walk or Bellevue Mansions (1 to 2 miles away) visit downtown Newport, approx. 2 miles for wonderful restaurants and shops. Tall ship, Jazz Festival, Folk Festival and more!

This modern open home with Cathedral Ceilings offers plenty of space for entertaining. Newly furnished summer of 2016, all bathrooms have been newly renovated. Wood floors throughout, open kitchen, dining area and living room. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and full bath. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a full bed and 2 twin beds. 4th bedroom has 2 full bed and 2 twins (one is a trundle bed). Sit back and relax. Great Family location.

The home includes air conditioning on the first floor. Grill on the large deck. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, k-cup coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, glasses, pots & pans, cable TV, Internet access, all bed linens, bath towels and beach towels and laundry room.

marathon weekend

Beautiful home! It was an easy walk to the start/finish line and we were able to cheer on the marathon runners from the front yard:) Also a short walk to the beach and a very comfortable home-thank you!

Girls Trip

The living room furniture could use an upgrade and is not comfortable for extended use. It was raining a lot during our visit and we therefore spent more time inside then we would have liked. The windows in most rooms don't open because of window AC units. Kitchen isn't fully stocked for cooking. They were very responsive to questions and needs during our stay.

Beautiful area, great neighborhood close to beach which was perfect for seeing the sunrise. Opened the door to a beautiful open living space, large kitchen and large dining table which sat 10-12 people. Nice master bedroom with bathroom and large closet. The house was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy the house as much as I would have hoped with all the wedding preparations and activities but all in all it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this home and the host was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your hospitality.
