I’m sorry that some aspects did not meet your expectations. However, I would like to clarify that the apartment is carefully maintained and regularly updated: the furniture is not outdated, but selected to be both functional and in harmony with the overall style of the space. The hallway walls, which may occasionally show marks, are repainted periodically, although they are unfortunately prone to wear and scuffing due to guests’ luggage passing through. Regarding the signage inside the apartment, my intention is certainly not to restrict or create discomfort, but rather to provide clear instructions to help guests make the best use of the available amenities and ensure a smooth and hassle-free stay. I would also like to point out that one of the signs, titled VADEMECUM, which outlines behavioral rules in the city, is a notice required by our local municipal administration. I’m aware that even small details — such as the availability of coffee filters — can influence the overall experience, and I will take your comments into account to further improve the hospitality I offer.
