Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Friends getaway

Perfect property for 4 friends reunited and celebrating our birthdays. The short walk to downtown was perfect. We were even close to a stop for the hop on/off trolley.

We loved this VRBO. The owner was very easy to communicate with. It was as advertised, and much attention was given to items needed to make our stay enjoyable. Will highly recommend to others. Also, it was as pictured in the advertisement.

Weekend seeing family in St Augustine

Wonderful trip

We visited our granddaughter at Flagler college and we had the best time. The vrbo is in the perfect area. Beautiful courtyard and the room was wonderful. Everything was clean and Kristin was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

This was a nice little condo which is centrally located just blocks from St George St. and other points of interest. Access was easy and parking a breeze. If we had to pay for parking around this location it is about 15 to 20 or more, so it was nice to have 2 nice parking spaces included in what seems like a safe area. The location itself is very quiet and appears to be a nice area. We had no problems with the condo. It was clean on arrival and had everything we needed. We had no need to call our hosts for anything. We would stay here again if we re-visited the area.

Our St Augustine trip

The location was great. We walked to most everything. The apartment was adorable and clean, lots of towels.The only thing I suggest is to have paper towels. We had a coffee spill the first day and had to clean it up with the kitchen towels. the kitchen towels.

Clean, Comfortable, and Conveniently Located

My husband and I enjoyed renting this apartment during our recent stay in St. Augustine. It was immaculate and truly checked all the boxes for a great property. There is off-street parking with plenty of room. The quiet neighborhood is close to all the attractions, restaurants, shops, and trolley stations. If we come back to St. Augustine, we will definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful time in St Augustine at C2 Flagler !!!!!!

My wife and I spent 4 days at the Beautiful cottage C2 Flagler . It was walking distance to historic area and many eateries. This place was so nice and clean it made our stay so much more enjoyable. It was our first time at the online booking thing . But even at 67 the task was effortless. We will surely stay here again and tell all our friends. Thanks for the great VACA !!!!!!

Very close to historic downtown

It is a very nice little condo. I don't know the year it was built but it is older with wooden windows. One small bathroom and a small kitchen. It worked very well for us, it was clean and walking distance to historic area and the Fort. The master bedroom matress wasn't that comfortable. It was very clean and the manager was very accessable and very friendly. It has community washer and dryer closets outside, they were good working and we had no trouble getting to use them. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay, clean and comfortable. Much better than a hotel; small apartment but easy to navigate with a walker. Check out was easy and not a lot of cleaning requirements. Within walking distance to downtown. Beaches are a short drive. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in St Augustine. The house was perfect for my mom and I. The home is well cared for and so clean. It has everything you would be looking for during your stay. The owner is wonderful and so lovely when I had an issue that was my fault. She could have been more helpful or patient. It is so close to the college and St George St. making it a great location!

Everything was terrific! But - One big issue in my opinion is their AC unit right in bedroom. I was waking up every time it started. About every 15-20 min. If u booking, ask second floor, so nobody will walk on u or worst drop something on the floor and u will think there is bomb explosion.
