Beach renourishment is expected Fall 2025. Beach erosion is in progress (it comes and goes) and if the immediate Periwinkle beach access is inaccessible to walk, you can access the beach at the neighboring Clam Shell public beach access or at Freeman Park (North of Carolina Beach Pier). New for 2022: New coffee table, end tables, and nightstands. For 2021: New queen mattress and box spring, washer and dryer, and paint throughout. For 2019: New vinyl plank flooring throughout and fresh paint. Fresh paint outside as well.

Welcome to my family’s HOME away from home! This 1st floor (least amount of steps), spacious two bedroom, two bath condo features 4 sliders (2 overlooking the ocean and 1 in each bedroom) that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional $150 fee) and RELAXATION is required!

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all the accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony.

There is a 40” HDTV with a DVD player in the living room, a 28” HDTV in the master bedroom, and a TV with DVD player in the second bedroom. Each TV is connected to cable. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two vehicles. One spot is covered and directly under the condo. Bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND.

Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (restaurants, shops, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt’s Donuts! **NOM NOM NOM**
