Hear, see and smell the ocean with this direct ocean front, 1 bedroom/1 bath condo.
All one level. Have morning coffee on the balcony facing the ocean and watch the parade of beach people come and go! Located 2nd floor above the parking. Enjoy the ocean views directly from your living room and balcony while taking advantage of this simply but tastefully decorated charming condo. Centrally located on McKinley St. Sleeps 4 **1Q, 1QSS**

This property is handled through a local real estate company. Rentals before Memorial Day & after Labor Day require us to confirm availability with the property owner.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Once you have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey.

Enjoyable week at the beach

My partner and I were very happy with our stay. The view of the beach was impeccable, and we rose early to watch the sunrise every day. It was magical. The condo met all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with the rooms all neat and tidy upon our arrival. We will definitely make this our first choice if we decide to return to Dewey Beach. It's a prime location to stay that is less crowded than Rehobeth Beach. The realtor was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Great Location!

This rental has a fantastic location! Within walking distance to almost everything you need/want, and super view of the ocean from the privacy of the deck. Only critique would be the furniture -- needs a refresh throughout, including throw rugs. And the lighting & fan in the bathroom could use an upgrade also. Perfect for a couple looking for some downtime and great ocean views! We'll be back next year!

Quaint condo, perfect location!

Stayed here with my three children. Amazing view of the ocean; spent many hours on the balcony. Plenty of room for the four of us. Right in the heart of Dewey; very convenient to breakfast/lunch places. Quaint place with some neat vintage touches (vinyl record coasters, a retro Technics receiver). No issues with any of the appliances, but a bit of a bummer that there's no washer/dryer. Was clean overall, but didn't deserve five stars because the sofa was well-loved (stains on the pillows and cushions - nothing an upholstery cleaning wouldn't fix). Despite this, would absolutely rent again, and highly recommend!!!
